Hi, i’ve just purchased your email and trying to upload html version for CMonitor, but it seems it has some bugs,
You need have at least one singleline , multiline or img editable=”true” tag in your template. Without these, your clients can’t add any content to their emails (and are better off sending a regular campaign instead of using a template).
Can you help me with that???

Hi and thanks for the purchase
It sounds like you are attempting to upload as a client template in campaign monitor – I can assure you the email template works as a normal email template in campaign monitor because that is where it was tested
Uploading for a “client template” where they can use the interface in CM to add text etc requires you to make modifications to enable editable areas – I suggest looking through the excellent documentation they have as well as resources at CM – they are great guys and I have used the service for about 8 years now.
