Hello, Is there anyway to make a fr_FR.mo file active ? wp-config file have the language config line : define(‘WPLANG’, ‘fr_FR’); and french translate doesn’t work, Why ? the mo file was done from your po file : “themes/cosmox/translate/en_US.po”
It will be great if you finaly find a solution for that, its important and urgent

Hi there, I just wanted to make sure of a couple of things prior to purchase:
1) When it comes to the global slider functionality, does your theme use the native WP galleries or does it rely on some third party plugin?
2) Is portfolio based on Custom post types? Seeing that its the only type of posts that offers the insertion of a gallery slider, I was wondering if the same thing can be accomplished when using regular Blog posts (Image galleries insertion) within the single regular post.

Can not understand. How you are moving clouds and stars in the revslider? It seems there is no such function.
Love the theme. working on it now. BTW the support site and the demo still read “reported attack page” on firefox and google chrome. This has happened to us before so I know it takes a while to get it rectified.
My Question: Where do I find that entertainment center mockup you have in the slider for the video? Or something like it. Was that on envato or did you make that yourself?

I am having trouble placing a video in the revo slider. It places the video in there but it oversizes it and wont stay at the size that I specify.

Do you have theme settings import / Export options .. not the WP importer.
yep. it s possible to do with the theme. admin panel built on Option Tree which one of the most known tools.

That means you have an option in your admin panel where you could just export the current theme configuration settings (not the pages, posts but only the theme settings) as xml and again import it again. I did not see any screenshots in your online documentation. Could you please show a screenshot of this ?

AS default we are hiding admin options of Option Tree since its no necessary. But in case this options could be enabled very easily and theme options could be exported.
And for the content, we are using standard WordPress Export/Import tools.

Do you have an option to make “Boxed” layout ?
yes there are couple options you need to change.
please go to Theme Options and under “Header”, “Footer”, “Footer Widget Bar” change “width” to 1012px
that will change your layout into boxed.

Great!! works as expected.. One small request .. for boxed layout a border will be great and make this setting inside theme options.
Is really your Ticket system working ? I am not getting any confirmation Email.. so how can i track the ticket status ? Also, there is no option to attach any files (screenshots) to the tickets.
