Hi OZY, I want to purhcase, but am hesitating still due to COSMOX’s mobile menu. It looks nice, but sub-menus don’t stay open long enough to select anything. I have tried to open sub-menu items on Blackberry devices (phones and tablets). Do you think you could make an option to have a less pretty but more functional mobile menu, similar to the one used in this other theme (please try on a cell phone screen width to activate the mobile menu): http://churchope.themoholics.com/

I can’t generate that issue with mobile devices. works perfect with iphone etc. if possible please share a screenshot with us. and I checked that pointed theme’s menu. at the begining we had the same one and upgraded to current one. yet I’ll see what I can do.

I just purchased this amazing theme a few days ago! I love it! Nice work.
I’m running into one issue…when logged the Wordpress Toolbar that’s usually displayed on the top of the site is not displaying. I’ve made sure in my user profile that the box is checked for it to display. I don’t have that many plugins but I did try disabling them all and that’s not working either. Is there some code I need to add to the header.php or footer.php to get that Wordpress toolbar to appear when I’m logged in?

I installed Cosmox and imported the dummy data. The footer is all messed up. It is not taking on the style sheet attributes. Is there something that I am missing here that I need to do to make this work?

I’m also having some issues with the ordered lists (numbered list in the wordpress editor) not showing up when i view the page. They show up in the Wordpress admin panel, when I’m laying out the page, but they don’t actually show up when I view the page itself.
Also, just checking because I never heard back re: my other comments/issues on the Youtube videos & making the theme not responsive? I need to get these things worked out ASAP if there’s any way to get back to me on these, I would greatly appreciate it.

Just a couple of quick questions!
Where is the css to change the text sizes and colour in the testimonials slider. I have tried in the back end but it changes the main text as well!
Also is it possible for two testimonials to slide at once when you hit the next button, so it completely replaces the two that are on the screen?

Is anyone else having an issue where nothing is showing on the page? I imported the demo content but nothing appears on the homepage.
Refreshed, cleared history, redone permalinks, tried on alternative hosting to no avail.
I’ve sent in a ticket yesterday but posting here in case I’ve done something stupid and another user can point me in the right direction.
Further to the above the page gets to <section class=”standard-page”>
then nothing else is output :/

Hi, I’m not sure if you’re getting the responses to my tickets, but there is still an issue with the OL on my site. I believe you may have fixed the UL, but those weren’t actually the problem.
It’s the OL (numbered lists) in the Wordpress editor that are not showing up. Also, these aren’t indenting the way they should either. Please advise on how to fix, or if you need to adjust something, please do.
ALSO, I need to turn off the responsiveness on my site. I don’t have the current theme version, where you installed the ON/OFF button. I have the one before that. I cannot upgrade to the current theme. I’ve had to make too many customizations, which I would lose & would also lose a good deal of work on over 200 pages, so I need to know how to remove the responsive aspect from this theme version. It’s not rendering properly on mobile devices with it.

Hello, I’m having some problems with the theme options. Many of the options are not visible. If I click where they should be, the drop down appears. It’s a bigger problem when I need to slide font sizes. What can I do to resolve this?
hello, thanks for buying our theme. seems like you already installed option tree plugin seperately. that may cuase this issue. if you have installed it please deactivate and remove it. let us know if that works.
