Hi, fyi, the code you gave me for the OL lists isn’t completely working. The margin-left does not make the indent work. Please advise on how to fix. I need these to indent like in the wordpress editor as well.
Also, I can’t upgrade my theme without losing a huge amount of customizations. It’s just not really a feasible solution at this point. If at all possible, can you please (please)
just let me know how to make this current theme unresponsive? The responsiveness is not working correctly.

Hello… trying to enter a ticket and can not find my purchase key. The footer and sidebar widgets will just randomly disappear from view on the public site and when I enter from admin, the widgets are no longer listed in either the footer or the sidebar areas. So, I redo the work, they stay for a minute and then disappear again. Also, the Twitter feed was showing tweets and now, nothing. Thank you in advance.

Hello, I have discovered a few bugs and sent you tickets today. but so far I have not even got a confirmation email yet. I can’t view the status of the tickets either because I never received a “ticket ID”. I would really like to get these bugs fixed!
Bug 1: Dates show up in the wrong format. Bug 2: Featured images are stretched WAYYYY too big and there’s no way to turn them off – looks terrible. Bug 3: The subtitle shows up on posts and there is no way to turn it off. I see the option for PAGES but not POSTS. Looks terrible. Bug 4: Blog listing classic in Page Builder does not remember checked categories – when you save it unchecks all the boxes you have checked. Bug 5: Going to Portfolio Page 2 shows only a white page.

1 – Where? If on blog, you can change on theme settings. If for news, its designed like so, can be changed as guided. Its not a bug.
2 – To fit responsive standards images are trying to fit the wrapper, please use better images.
3 – Its named as “Category Bar” for the posts.
4 – Let us check this, we will publish an update if necessary.
5 – Does it work on preview? We will investigate on your site if you let us access.

Hi, Thank you for the reply. 1 – Here is reportedly how to fix the date format bug. (from the developer’s reply to my ticket… posting it here since it will affect everyone in the US.) functions/helper.php and look for: return array($my_date2 . ”/” . $my_date1, $my_date0); and replace with: return array($my_date0, $my_date2 . ”/” . $my_date1);
2 – The images are already perfect – I can’t “use better images” because they’re already the best. In fact, they are perfect. What needs to change, rather, is the bug in the code which stretches the perfectly sized images to a larger-than-perfect size. OR- if the bug can’t be fixed, we need an option to disable the featured images.
3 – No, I am not talking about the Category Bar. It’s turned off. I’m talking about the Super Title. It displays the Page Title, and then again the page title displays a second time right below the super title.
4 – Thanks for checking and please keep me updated.
5 – I will send you the link again in a ticket.

Hi, I followed your steps and replaced the unresponsive CSS from the newer version of the theme with the responsive CSS from this one. I guess that’s not exactly the end result I was looking for.
The unresponsive CSS seems to just force the width very wide on mobile devices.
In most cases, mobile phones & Ipads will automatically just shrink the site down to the size of the device’s screen (leaving everything designed/looking the same). This is the end result I want to accomplish—just letting the mobile browsers shrink it to their screen size themselves.
I then went in & just removed the link to any responsive or unresponsive CSS to just see if this would happen on its own, but there were still quite a few issues—particularly in the header & menu section & other things not generating properly either.
Can you tell me—what in this theme is preventing the mobile browsers from shrinking this down to screen size & leaving it just the way it was designed?

Found the viewport code, but it doesn’t seem to be working. I sent you an email with the code I used/found, as I couldn’t seem to add code to a message in the ticket system, without it disappearing. Not sure if the code needs to be tweaked for this particular theme, or if there’s something else in the theme still preventing this from working properly. Thanks…

Hi, I’m not sure if you always get my tickets honestly—when I reply to the tickets, I often don’t get a response. There was one point I waited 3 weeks before I got a response on a ticket I had replied to. I am not trying to be annoying, and I know you do reply when you get them. My concern is you don’t always get them via the ticket system.

No, there was a time about a month ago, where it took a few weeks for you to reply to a couple tickets that I’d replied to. I thought maybe there was an issue with your ticket system, and you were getting them delayed or something, so I’ve been thinking it was safer to post here as well. But I won’t in the future. The OZY custom Flickr widget doesn’t work when you choose a “set” of images— “user” works though… When I choose USER SET and enter the set ID, it pulls up someone another users photos

yes…i understand the images won’t be there…i am just looking to change the framework…per the ones you have already set up. for example the gray-dark or clean-dark. when i select either one of those…it does not change.
what i have determined…is that if I’ve never selected the theme and do so…then it updates and changes. but if i selected it previously and then go back to it…it does not change…even after clearing my cache.
