I have to agree with everyone else here…the tickets don’t work well at all. You don’t respond in detail and don’t answer all the questions which makes resolving problems very long.
Many other themes use support forums which work great because other users can help others figure out problems.
I love this theme but I’m very disappointed with the documentation on how to use certain features. A simple thing like how to set up a Portfolio…I’ve tried everything and it doesn’t work.

I know the answer will be in the info if you purchase the theme, but i just want to be clear before I spend my money. Do you just tick a box for the language to change or what do you do to set it up for it to change to french and spanish? DOes it change automatically if you are viewing the site in say france or do you have to click a icon to change the language?

Hi, I am using the template as a responsive one. 1. I need to have a banner on the site 100px height and going through the entire width. Will it work in a responsive way? 2. Once I do that I need to shift the navbar to be below the banner header. How do I do this please? Thanks for your time, Mohan

I just want the blogbox to rotate continuously without going backwards after the last post. My customer wants to show just four posts and now it moves left-right-left-right… I want it to move in just one direction. Hope this explains. Thanks!

This isn’t great service and these messages I’m leaving on this board aren’t good for prospective clients who may want to buy your theme. If you want to avoid these comments, you should reply to “tickets” or find another way of offering support to clients.
Also…when you do reply, please provide detailed instructions on how to solve something, make sure you answer ALL the questions and don’t simply reply with one sentence.

Hi, I am having issues with the featured works module, it will not show any images within the content box. Do the images need to be a certain size in the portfolio setting for featured works?

Has anyone else found a way to load the 10 layouts shown here on the themeforest page (I’m not talking about the different layouts that ship with the theme that are simply color changes)?
I can’t get a straight forward answer from the developers on this. Might be a language barrier issue….
Regarding the developers not running a forum , there are millions of forum sites running with no security issues, you just need to set it up properly!

Can you create an import process that would import the different layouts as separate pages? That way we can see how they were created.
As you can see MANY other people have the same problem.
If I import the xml files shown in your docs here:
http://cosmox.ozythemes.com/help/dummy-files/preview-content/I just wind up with lots of duplicated menus where ALL layout options under the Home menu point to your website i.e. http://cosmox.ozythemes.com/layout2 (perhaps this is why you think the import process should work for us since it works for you?) versus having actually loaded the layouts on my server ( http://mydomain.com/layout2) . In addition I don’t see any new pages created. How do I actually get these different layouts on my server and have an easy way to switch between them?
In your videos the wordpress dashboard has a link to “option tree” (I do have theme options of course) I didn’t have this option when I installed the theme. Should I install the option tree plugin?

I imported the data as desrcibed here in step 2, for my no.3 dark minimal layout. http://cosmox.ozythemes.com/help/ and turned on clean-dark, under Apperance > theme options.

What is the defined name of the start page on layout number 3 (dark-minimal), which shoud be set as the landing page for the theme?
I cant findt that layoutpage in my imported pages. All my imported “hompage” are blank.

Hello, After you had a look into my admin panel, breadcrumbs are still messy (see http://www.geekdemontagne.com/tignes-17-novembre-2012/). And now, I noticed that comments are wrong. I posted a comment on this page (http://www.geekdemontagne.com/les-arcs-paradiski-5-janvier-2013) as you can see in the recent comments widget, but it is displayed on another page ! (http://www.geekdemontagne.com/tignes-17-novembre-2012/) I start feeling very sorry after reading all these messages. I thought this was a pro and reliable theme. Can you fix it quickly, really, without just asking me to wait ? Thank you

Can you tell me at least how much time I have to wait, so as to get breadcrumbs and comments working as they should normally work ? I am expecting a top and fast service for any important bug to be fixed, when paying one of the most expensive themes for Wordpress. During all this time, I can not work but my hosting provider will not postpone the next invoice I have to pay.

Hello, I tried to revert to the twenty twelve default WP theme, comments are displayed in the right post. But when I activate Cosmox, comments are displayed on the wrong post.
5 days have passed since I opened my ticket and still no answer. Instead of answering people who are not your customers yet, on how to set up a frame around their slider, maybe you should consider to solve the problems of people who already bought the theme.
I don’t want to start harrassing you like some others are doing here, just to get an answer. So please bring me a solution NOW or refund me !

Now it has been 4 days since I sent 2 tickets and I have received no response. I’m going to be contacting Theme Forest and let them know of your horrible service if I don’t hear from you in the next 24hours.
I have purchased over 400 themes…I’m a good client and have never had such bad service from a Theme Provider.

I have to agree with others who have posted here. I spend quite a few dollars on theme’s and am always willing to pay for themes that are constructed well and have great support. I have also sent in a ticket saying that the ability to change layouts in the admin panel…does not work once you have already selected a particular layout. Please advise…how to fix this. I am just trying out the various layouts and it is frustrating to not be able to do that. The url I am using is
