I forgot to say that even when i download the theme freshly from here and upload it without any changes, it wont work.

this is the HTML version, what do you mean it wont work? it’s not the WP version which has to be installed…
Isnt the Contacts form suppost to send emails? I have downloaded the theme and uploaded it to my server, and then filled out the contacts form (changed the email address as told here in sendmail.php) but it wont send any emails,

Hmmm, something must be wrong. We test every contact form and they all work. Stop by our support forum and one of our guys will help you investigate and solve your issue.
