Hello I have added the custom menu in the theme. Now the problem I am facing is that the menu which I added do not display content or anything no base or menu marker etc. I have been working on it for the last two days but not coming to any conclusion. I have made some changes in scipt-photo.php and on clicking on the menu the mask appears but goes back and nothing retains.Any help will strongly be appreciated. Thanks

Hello, I asked one week ago, if you can help me to solve my problems. The theme is not working, not even the start page. I gave you server and wordpress access. You said you were working on it. Can you specify when you can get it fixed? I know that there always could be miinor issues with wordpress themes, but when the whole theme is not working, I really expect your support! Can you please give me some feedback if this theme will work on my site? If not I have to use another theme and will ask themeforest to refund my purchase.

I am currently trying to create pages that contain specific categories of posts. As you can see, I set up the alternative wedding venues as posts and organised them with categories originally:

So I set up the blog page as instructed in the tutorial:

But all the posts are appearing. I just want the Alternative Wedding Venues posts. How do I do this please?

Also, when I click on the post name, the post doesn’t display, can you help with this too please?

I’m confused. My ticket is 913. And you have replied you can’t help me because this is not your theme. If this is not your theme and I have purchased it here from you, who do I ask for help?

OK, so you’re saying I have to have the default permalinks enabled and can’t have it set as / postname /? Are you also saying I can only have one category? As both of these would mean I cannot use this theme, as the first is not good for SEO , and also the orginal (huge) site has been set up as posts and organised with categories. Both will mean i can’t use this theme. Please let me know asap. Thanks.

Hey, I would like to purchase your theme… Just one question, I know this is not a responsive theme, but I wonder if it is possible to navigate without major problems on smartphone or ipad even if it’s not… Did you test it ? Could you answer to my request before I purchase the theme ?

Great theme but the Message box would not allow any HTML to be put in it. I was wanting a simple hyperlink. I’ve had to hard code in what I wanted into the index.php which wasn’t ideal but it does the trick.

After a week of back and forth with support (Request #1068 ) who I found to be quite rude I’ve given up. If maybe this functionality could be added in a future release that would be great.

Think you and the theme are great but have been let down by the support but understand this is a recent change.

Need some help. May be an issue with WP 3 .4.2. Did not catch the .2 and believe it is causing some issues with your theme. Can you assist?

I would like to create portfolios using the creative photo theme I just purchased, but don’t have a portfolio or filter option in the projects tab. I thought that the theme might not be compatible with the latest version of Wordpress so I tried uninstalling wordpress on my server and reinstalling a previous version of wordpress, 3.4, but I had the same problem. So I uninstalled again and tried 3.3, but still had no way to make portfolios. It doesn’t seem like there’s a way to create internal links using this theme so I would have to rely on portfolios to display information using media which is fine, I just have to have a way to create portfolios. Please help! If this isn’t resolved I will have to use a different theme, and I am quite fond of this one. Thanks for your help. I have already submitted a work ticket to the zendesk site. It’s #1190. I have figured out how to use the short code for the contact form and I’m guessing the blog works the same way.

Still awaiting a status update. Will need to move to a new theme if the issues with WP upgrade to 3.4.2 are not resolved. Can you assist?

Hello. I would really love to be able to use this theme however I have a couple issues. I’ve already posted a comment on here, but haven’t reached a resolution as of yet.

1. I don’t have a portfolios or filters tab in my dashboard. I’ve tried uninstalling the theme and even switching to previous versions of wordpress. It doesn’t seem like this is a common problem so I have no idea what’s going on.

2. Is it possible to do nested pages with the navigation itself… as in drop down menus? If not, I just need to be able to use internal links which don’t seem to be supported. When I use them it simply closes the content window and loads the theme again as if I had just gone to my regular url.

I have been waiting almost two weeks to get this resolved. If I can’t get them resolved by Monday I will not be using this theme and will have to give it a bad rating because of the lack of support I’ve received and the lack of functionality. I understand that there are certain things that the theme just does not support, but I at least would like to be able to create portfolios which is one of the advertised features. If there is something I’m simply not seeing, or this is my ignorance I apologize, but I’m really at a loss here. The one email I did receive from Melanie was not helpful and she was quite rude. Please advise. My original ticket was #1190.
