Hi can this template be integrated into this wordpress plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/newsletter/ thanks

actualpixel

Hi maoniu,

Thanks for your question. The answer is, yes. This template works with Newsletter wp plugin.

To do so simple follow this steps:

Firstly, Make the changes of the tempate as you want like your text, your images with any html editor.

Secondly, Go to your wp dashboard then the plugin area. Click the option “Newsletters”. Then choose “New Message” option from the page loaded.

Here you can see a theme named “blank”. Choose this one.

On right screen you can see an option “(02) Go to edit this message”. Click on this.

Here you can see the message subject and message body. Give your subjectline.

Open your customize template on any html editor and then copy all the content. Form the plugin section on message area choose “html” to get source code. You will get this “html” from top line on the messsage editor beside “Font Size”.

A new window will open. Simple replace all the content here from your template content.

Then you are done. Save the template and send it to your subscriber.

Please let me know if you have any more questions.

Thanks

MAILCHIMP: “Hold up, this doesn’t look like HTML. Your template should be plain HTML in either plain ASCII or UTF-8 encoding. This looks like a “application/zip” file”

Hi duotonec,

Firstly thanks for purchase Creativity.

You may be missing something to upload the template on mailchimp.

Simple, zip the images+html file together. Then upload the template on my templates section.

On project file find the “Documentation” folder. There you can find a folder named “mailchimp-steps”. There you can see some slided shows about how to import templates on mailchimp.

Please le me know if you still get the issues.

Thanks

Don’t work with Outlook 2013 :-(

Outlook 2013 show table cells width a height of 15px if they are “to little”. So all rounded corners results in display errors :-(

Can you fix this?

Default-user

I have a not-perfect solution, but it’s a lot better than the actual version. Use the style attribute on the parent tr of the td’s that is holding the grafics for the rounded corners. Change the tr like this

Then add to the images which holding the rounded corners and add the align-attribute like align=”right” This looks much better, but its not yet an absolute perfect solution.
Default-user

tr -> style=”line-height:0;height:4px;”

Hi BasicSix,

As outlook 2013 do not have some compatibility so it may make issue some times. So to fix this the easy solution is to make the rounder corner with CSS3. So you can just remove the rounded image TR and use this style:

style=”border-left:1px solid #dddddd; border-right:1px solid #dddddd; border-bottom:1px solid #dddddd; border-bottom-left-radius:5px; border-bottom-right-radius:5px; -moz-border-radius-bottomleft:5px; -moz-border-radius-bottomright:5px; -webkit-border-bottom-left-radius:5px; -webkit-border-bottom-right-radius:5px;”

This may make your rounded corner issue fix but one thing have to consider that some email clients do not support css3 styling so they may be not show rounded corner.

Thanks

Hi vava,

Thanks for your interest on Creativity! and sorry for my delay response.

1. You can use any type of image like .jpg, .png etc.

2. You do not need to host the code for sending email.

3. You can use any HTML editor like Dreamweaver, Notepad++ etc or use can use Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor editor to edit the contents.

Your selected view file you can see under layout3.

Thanks
