Thank you for this great theme but I must complain about your support. For three days I have no reply my email and no answer here my post. If you think, I am cutting short and asking you directly, you are not right. I have read your instructions to a similar question but it does not solve the problem. Let me repeat as third time: When I change the appearance (colors, fonts etc.) I see no change on website. I changed the file permissions for style.css and style.less.css, still the problem is going on

I have a client using this theme and the tabs are causing us an issue. We would like to have a bullet list inside the tabs and when we add these, we get ‘null’ lines at the bottom of the first tab, and at the top of the second tab element.

Anyone else seeing this?

hi, this theme looks great but i cant itstall it. keeps failing all the time when i try uploading it from wordpress. it just loads for ages then with ends with a error message.

Hi, FYI , I installed this theme easily via FTP , imported the XML content without errors, followed the documentation step by step and had a working site in no time.

I am an experienced buyer and this is not the first theme I’ve bought from AIT (in fact it’s my 4th from them), support has always been excellent, themes have been solid and they’re the first author I hit the ‘Follow’ button for on TF.

Follow the instructions properly, use FTP to upload the theme instead of the Wordpress uploader and have some patience if your support question is not replied to immediately.

I have purchased this theme. but in version 1.3, make a visual editor wordpress disappeared. so then I use the version 1.2, and it works again. Can you fix the version 1.3 in order to function normally and can appear wordpress visual text editor? thanks before..

This is the WORST skin I have purchased on Themeforest to date and I am about to ask for a refund! The admin interface is HORRIBLE to say the least. The settings never take, unless you reset all the option. Heavens forbid you login to the admin with a different browser and try updating a simple thing such as a colour, well your shit out of luck cause it won’t!

NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SKIN AT ALL !!!!! Make the admin hold the values better and get rid of the damn cache thing and this would be a MUCH better product!!!!

Hello, how to fix my visual editor, its not enable?

Hi, my customer would like me to thin up your slider on the front page to 500px wide, then pop in html into the left side (which will have a graphic), of course I would have to put it all in a table.

The front page would be the only page with a slider.

I have no problem thinning it but I cannot find which php page i should use to adding in the html for the table. Could you tell me?

Cannot delete initial post – but I am also having this issue. The visual editor bar will appear briefly and then disappear. Tested with plugins off and re-activating them. Refreshed & also cleared the cache. also tested with a standard theme and everything is OKAY until I switch over leading me to believe it may be something in the theme. Also noteworthy – in my theme management page it lists Creator as broken (installed but incomplete) because the stylesheet is missing. is this normal?
