I’ve used the theme now but can’t make the contact page work. How does it work?

Hi.

Sorry, this template doesn’t include a working contact form.

But you can see here how to create a simple contact form in 2 little steps.

Make it a WP theme and it’d be irresistible.

...NOT?!

Have a look at the “PSD” folder within the ZIP -file…

Of course I looked in that folder. I sense the sarcasm but you may want to rethink how you have the PSD saved. :\ And I don’t mean that sarcastic I genuinely mean from an outside perspective the layout looks blank at first.

The issue is that the top layer of the PSD is a blank white layer covering ALL other layers. Unless you have created this PSD and know that all the layers are hidden – it appears blank at first – in thumbnail view and when opened in photoshop.

I’m sure it makes perfect sense to you that one would immediately know that – because you put that white layer there and so you know all the other layers are hidden.

But when purchasing someone else’s files and digging in, an outside person would expect to see a PSD and the layers – not a blank white thumbnail that is still blank even when opened :\

It took 15 minutes before I found everything hiding under it. I’m just suggesting that it’s slightly confusing when you’re not the file author.

There was no sarcasm in my reply… just facts.

I got no idea what version of Photoshop you are using… I for myself use CS 2 which seems to be “old” today and I can see every single folder in the layers-bar.

So I got no idea what you are talking about “hidden” layers.

And for the “white layer”... PLEASE READ what it’s named: “REMOVE – Size reducing white layer”

It even tells you to remove this because it’s just there to reduce the file size…
