Crisp and Clean

I bought the template and love it. Can’t figure out if the subnav items under “styles” are created manually somewhere or if they are created through the category tree.

I’m trying to figure out how to have products listed as subnav items under the main navigation element (buysteripen.com)

Under “Emergency” for example, there should be submenu items for “SteriPEN Emergency” link and “SteriPEN Sidewinder” link.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

So I’m installing this theme on a fresh magneto install. I’m having two issues with site functionality.

First, reviews are submitted and later approved and they still don’t show up in the front-end.

More importantly, when checking out, I am asked for all of the billing info, shipping info, payment info, etc, but when I get to the “Order Review” there is no submit button! It was there before I installed the theme, I placed a test order in Magento’s default theme before I installed “Crisp and Clean”

Just so you know, the HTML code in the instructional pdf does not copy and paste correctly at all on a mac. Had to put it all in manually, not fun.

Is this theme good for use with Magento V1.4.2.0?

I want to purchase this template, just wanted to find out a few things.

1. I want to resize the top menu bar and also the rotating images. I want these two to be smaller in size. Can this be easily adjusted via the css.

2. Do I need to install any other extensions for the theme to work as shown here (specially the rotating image bit).

3. Instead of the Featured products on the home page, can the categories be displayed.

I hope the above 3 items can be easily changed. Please be kind enough to let me know if this will be the case.

can you give us a “precise date” when update will be available, its several month we are waiting for it!!

I am also on the same boat as laura2010, need to know when its likely to be updated with the compatible version for Magento ver 1.5. Need to decide whether to wait till the new version comes up.

Im just about to start with my store and have installed the latest build 1.5.01…

I cant wait for this to be 1.5 ready….guaranteed sale here…..

we asked you several time since months and your answer is always the same “we are currently under developement” this is not acceptable.

if i knew that you never update you template i will never have bought anything from your company.

to update this kind of template is max 1day job for your dev.

i thing you just trying to sell new template and you don’t care to update your template as you dont make any more money on update.

any template which is not updated in time should be removed from Themeforest and your company shouldnt’t be able to list any template at all.

It was working yesterday but today I get “Please come back later.”

My slide show only works in IE 8 compatibility mode. Fresh install of Magento 1.4.1.1 and no modifications to the themes code. With compatibility mode turned off and also in FireFox the large image appears but the two small images do not. Also my featured products and sales sections don’t work as well with compatibility mode off. It displays all the images instead of letting you shuffle through them with the controls. Anyone else having problems with their home page slide show in IE 8 . I though the Crisp and Clean theme was IE8 compatible.

If you have a “Crisp and Clean” site up that you’re proud of, post a link I’d love to check it out.

I’ve purchased your SAAS theme recently. Crisp and Clean looks like just the right thing to integrate into one of my other sites. Can it be integrated into a regular html static site? Also, is it possible to add Paypal as a payment option? I’m not experienced with ecommerce pages like this so I’ll sort of be finding my way in the dark. A simple structure to work with along with good support will be real helpful.

I just installed this theme, and followed the instructions to the letter… Everything looks good and works fine except the images to the right of the main slider image… The 2 boxes to the right are blank, and it looks like those images are showing up below the big image… But you can only barely see the top of them… Not sure why they are not showing up on the right, where they should… Any ideas?
