Using your theme I was able to get a starting site up in less than a day including developing the content and getting the domains/etc – which for a non-web developer was something I was very happy about.

What I have struggled with and still haven’t been able to get to work is to offer RSS syndication of my News page as a side widget…. I haven’t been able to get the free text and RSS Widgets to work and nor can I seem to access all pages to place widget code on them.

If you are looking for a Wordpress business theme, look no further. I have tried a few over the last couple of months and haven’t yet found anything better than this.

I just had a look at your otheer themes and your own site. Is there any chance of your sharing the code snippet for the RSS feed you offer in the footer of your site? That is what I’d like to add to my Cubit site.

Having trouble with my permalinks navigation.

I changed my permalinks to / category / post-name /. Every page, post, and category loads correctly EXCEPT the post in the “news blog” section.

Please advise

maksis: open custom.js and edit line 132. set the number 6000 to another

mattlooch: open template_contact.php and edit the value for the hidden field in line 84. delete the php code and enter a mail adress of your choice

Kdfrankl: did you add the header-comment? each template file needs one for wordpress to recognize it

kops: change the width of #top #nav ul in style css in line 313 as well as #top #nav li ul a in line 321

topmanvics: open custom.js and edit line 132. set the number 6000 to another

sdavidburke: seems the unordered list is overlapping the other areas for any reason. did you change some postion values to relative/absolute? You should also make sure to remove the xhtmls you created through wrongly nested markup, could be that thats the problem.

pelgen: you can edit margin and padding of the blockquote in style.css line 712

knishida: yes you can, just remove line 132 from custom.js

mikegiambattista: you need to edit the header.php file directly and hard code the link into the menu.

chickscanfly: that would need major customization, you would need to declare a new widett area in functions.php and then call the widget area in index.php instead of the posts

just starting dev… for some reason the main page images (header….jpg) are not loading at all… did I miss a set up thing? server is running php4

inklight: if you already have choosen a page to display images for the slider at the options page and the page contains no images the slider area will be empty. if you didnt do that you please drop me a mail.

Problem: The animation on my navigation bar disappeared.

This happened after I increased the width of my header image in the style.css file to 900px. When I reverted to the unchanged style.css file, the navigation bar animation did not return to normal.

Also I noticed that after you insert a block quote the following text is pulled up next to the text..i.e. I cant insert a line after the block quote before the enxt paragraph.

Any thoughts?

Love the themes – keep ‘em coming! In my blog posts, I’d like to have a more traditional date listing (for U.S.A.). I have the settings changed in my general settings, but they still appear differently (like 25.05.09) I want it to be May 25, 2009. How can I fix?

I have an empty page based on the “News Section Template.” When I click on a title of the post it returns to the home page, never to the actual post.

I’d like a BLOG page that I could do roughly the same thing with.

Great work on the design.

There is a few things I would like to alter, if you could help out here I am sure others would also find it useful and appreciate your effort.

- How can I add the tag cloud to the “News Section Template” only?

- How can I specify a dedicated page title to the “News Section Template”? I am using the platimum seo plugin but it seems to strip the title and replace it with the home page page title, individual pages within the “News Section Template” are fine however.

BradjD: this could be rather tricky. What could work is to define a new sidebar widget area in the functions php just like the ones that are currently there at the bottom of the file. Give it a name of your choice then open the siderbar.php file and call your sidebar like the one in line 14, only with your name. if you have added any widgets to this area and done everything right until now, this widget should be displayed at every page.

the last thing to do is check if this is the news section template instead of a page so you have to exchange the is_page() condition with a is_page_template(‘template_news.php’. This is untested and I am not sure if it will work but you can give it a try.

Concerning your plugin question: i am not to familiar with the plugin, maybe you could drop me a link so i can take a look?
