Hello, I love your theme. How do I make a full width parallax image that stretches in proportion? The light example has a section right above our services with a married couples feet that I can’t seem to recreate with the front page builder. How can this be done?

A: You should open your page in page editor and add this code

If I understood you correctly, you want to modify main navigation menu items in the header. If yes, please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus. Please read more about it in documentation on pages 31-32. Also it might be helpfull if you checked this url: http://codex.wordpress.org/Appearance_Menus_SubPanel

Try to disable all third party plugins if you have installed any. Be sure to use the latest theme version and run the latest version of WordPress. Yes, there is a way: you should import dummy content that contains demo pages (they are used to build homepage), posts etc. just after that using homepage builder you should configure homepage manually: add text box units, testimonials unit, pages using page units. And, of course, to setup a menu. These two cannot be imported.

Sorry about that, meant to look exactly like your demo website that is listed here. I want my website to look exactly the same, then I can edit it from there.
No problem, after you’ll import dummy content, you’ll have all the demo content such as pages, posts. Homepage consists of all that content and then you’ll just have to add this content using homepage builder. The structure of homepage cannot be exported or imported, since WP does not have such kind of options for custom features and all this must be set manually. We could help you by providing you with demo homepage builder screenshots (something like that: http://2.s3.envato.com/files/47860813/02_homepage_builder_preview.png, just homepage units will be expanded. There you could see all the settings and thus you could make it look like a demo site. Let us know which version you would like to have, Light or Dark.
If it is ok, we’ll send you an image tomorrow morning. Just send us your contact email using contact form in our profile page.

As to your question, there is an easy way to do that: simply split sentences into smaller units by inserting breaks

There is no easy way to remove background box from the logo. It can be done by editing the code. The other way is to use transparent png image for logo and set custom background box color.

I’ve managed to get the shortcode working. But the fonts are giving me lots of issues. BebasNeue, I replaced altogether with Open Sans Condensed, using your Admin, but even after I see it on my machine, others are not seeing this font on their machines…

Your issue with fonts is unique. Just tested your site on Chrome, FF and IE and Open Sans fonts are displayed as they should and your site looks really nice. If you send us screenshots of the issue to this email: hi@cuckooothemes.com , it would be very helpful.

As for your issue, I’m not sure if I understand you correctly, but I presume that you’re adding apostrophes and they generates slashes. Please try to replace special codes provided in the url below instead of apostrophes.

That fixed it – using the special character for a double quote. Is there anything that I can modify in the PHP to fix that permanently? Having to use the special character for a double quote every single time is going to get old fast.

The other issue I’m having is that when I put an image into either of those boxes, it wants to align the image to the very top of the page. Shouldn’t the image be floating vertically-centered? Any way to fix that?

Unfortunately, it is not one file or few code lines that must be edited to add this feature to the slideshow but quite a number of files are included in it. Actually, you should edit the Nivo slider itself as well as jQuery. If you still want to do this, let us know and we will try to find out the file names tomorrow.

Google analytics is not able to split each unit and treats it as one page.
As for SEO, our theme is different from other parallax themes, because each page added to the homepage as homepage units can be opened as single pages and have their own url, therefore, can be found using google search.

Hi again, I am almost done building our website but have noticed a few issues when viewing on an iPad with either Chrome or Safari.
Our home page shows some statistics half way down the page – these are sorted into tabs. These display well in a desktop browser, but on the iPad they do not display until clicking on a different tab. http://www.azuz.co.uk/#about-us We’ve also got an issue on our service page with tabs (on iPad again) – when clicking on a different tab and then scrolling down, the tab will automatically change to the first tab again. http://www.azuz.co.uk/services/it-services/I hope you can help.

I’ve quickly checked your demo site in both Chrome and Safari on the iPad and have a few comments: - The optimal load time is vastly increased with large images in the home section – perhaps this could be reduced by cropping for different resolution sizes (this in term makes a long page refresh and go black when scrolling down which is slightly annoying). - The tabs on the shortcode page have the same problem I do! Clicking on the second tab will highlight the tab and it looks like the second tab’s content is about to fade in, but then stops and the first tabs content is seen again – this is the same when clicking on the third and fourth tabs also.
I’ll take a look at disabling the plugins in the next week and see whether that fixes the issue (although with the demo site displaying the same errors, perhaps it is a theme update I will be waiting for).

Sorry, but this is how it works. Tabs can’t be used within the columns. We’ll add it to our updates wishlist.

Ok great. Just to clarify, I have put columns into the tabbed sections (rather than tabs into the column sections). I removed the padding inside the tab and now it seems to work fine. You may want to consider looking at the percentages of the columns to ensure they fit inside of other div tags. Looking forward to the update
