Truly a GORGEOUS template Yashma, just bookmarked it! I love the BonusSlider 2 (rounded / curved bottom – these always look awesome) and the detailed portfolio, all around the whole template has a super clean and uncluttered look..just fabulous!
If you ever do an update to it please include a CAROUSEL / ROUNDABOUT slider though (like in Novux or Synoptic templates) that would be SWEET
Also is this template Compatible w/ prettyPhoto? If so why didn’t you use it?

And does it support unique widgets and widget areas for each page?
Hi! 1. There is no preinstalled slider, but you can set up slider you want separately. 2. Widget and widget areas are logical elements of wordpress and Curio is html template. So it depends on your wordpress if there will be any unique widget for each page.

How do you edit the boxes colors? I changed the background to black but want to edit the boxes that remain white etc.
Boxes use rounded corners with radial gradient. The only way to implements it is to use images. So there are 3 images that create box structure/>
- top image (http://www.cmssquirrel.com/curio_html/images/borders/content_top_wide.png) – (.center_wrap.texturized .texturized_top) in style.css line 3769
- middle image (http://www.cmssquirrel.com/curio_html/images/borders/content_wide.png) – (.center_wrap.texturized .center) line 3781
- bottom image (http://www.cmssquirrel.com/curio_html/images/borders/content_bottom_wide.png) – (.center_wrap.texturized .texturized_bottom) 3775
You can edit it in psd file and recut images
When do you expect to be ready with a Wordpress version of this?
I think in a month it will be ready.

A. Does this attractive template require WordPress to be installed?
B. Do the html pages run independently of WordPress?
C. Will I have to make all modifications in my HTML editor rather than on the WordPress Panel?

There is only html pages avaiable, it’s not Wordpress as a CMS , you will need it into wp theme independent if you want to. Sure, Curio can be used also independently of Wordpress.
What do you mean when you say … “you will need it into wp theme independent if you want to”
It seems that it has no way to manage content but to edit the screens in photoshop and the content in an html editor.
Perhaps you could clarify this before selling it. You could say …
“This is not a WordPress template or theme and cannot be used with WordPress or another CMS . To make any changes you’ll need to edit the images using PSP or Photoshop and to edit the content you’ll need to use an html editor like NoteTab Pro or similar.”
This is a very attractive, clean html template but it appears to be selling as a WordPress template. If you add the above paragraph you will be clear about exactly what Curio is and people will understand what they are looking at and buying.

This looks like a great theme and I like how the controls are styled. I really need to have the HTML ‘file upload’ input type styled as well since I have a form that requires file uploading. Does your theme have the file upload input type styled too? For example:
If not, are you planning to add this input type soon?

I am looking to get this template to use for a few sites, what else would I need to get along with this license to use all it’s features as shown in the demo, all the changeable colours etc and options. I don’t want to get it and find out I didn’t purchase ‘that’ option so I don’t get what I was expecting….....
If I sound like I’m new to all this it’s because I am. First template purchase.
Also, if I get the template and you do an update of some kind, will this update be available for me to download and install on my site or will I have to purchase the option etc….....again totally new so any advice would be appreciated…..

Hi! yes you will get all features announced in file description. Once you purchase item you will be able to get update for free any time when we will make update – just download update(you will see button download when buying item).

Hi, if I wanted to get this with a cms system, is that system possible or can you recommend one of the systems available that would work well with this curio theme?
I would like to be able to have control over this than having to pay for someone to do all my html work for me since my expertise lies in other fields, not web design.
