Great theme!
I was wondering if there was a way to add more fields to the contact forum.
Thanks!
Hi, You have the option to turn on the name and phone number fields in addition to the default email and msg fields.
If you want to manually customize the contact form to add even more fields, then you will have to play with the code in the includes/simple_contact.php
Regards Chang
Hello,
i really like this theme. Great work. I have a question about the logo dimensions. my logo is about 400px in width and it overlapped now with the first entry of my menu. is there a way to align the whole menu more to the right ?
thank you innersmile
Hi innersmile
If you leave the “inset” widget location blank, it will leave more space for the menu to occupy.
If you still want more space, then the solution will be to have the menu align to the right, instead of being center aligned as default.
For that, simply append the following into the Current/style.css file
ul.sf-menu { float:right; left:0; }
ul.sf-menu > li { left:0; }
Regards Chang
worked great for me – thank you ! Got another little (hopefully my last one) problem
I work with some background images instead of background colors. Look really nice on all kind of screen, but on mobile device the background images cropped in the middle of the page. is there a way to stretch background images only for the mobile version ? or can i use only on mobile background color ?? this is really important for me
thank you
Hi,
can you please provide me a link to your website? So, that I can actually see where it is going wrong. You can mail me the link via my profile page.

I’m having problems with the back-end with this theme. Anything using jQuery on the back-end is made useless when the theme is activated. This includes Gravity Forms, Visual Composer, Special Recent Posts widget and more. Have any advice? I need these plugins to work!
Hi,
I just tested the theme with Special Recent Posts widget and it worked perfectly.
I could not test the Gravity Forms and Visual composer, as I do not have those plugins with me.
I would fix all the issues you are facing. Can you provide me temporary access to the back end of your WordPress installation. Please provide any such confidential info via email from the contact form on my profile page.
In case it is not possible to provide the access, can you help me by providing the screenshots and description of the issues you are facing.
Regards Chang
Hi Chang,
I’m considering purchasing this theme, it looks great! Does the slider support video?
Thanks!
Hi,
As of now, there is no provision to feature a video on the slider. However, thanks for providing me the clue. I will be working on adding this functionality to the theme in the next update.
Regards Chang
Hi Chang, I’m desparatly trying to finsh my site, I’m still only seeing a white box at the bottom of my home page (where the copyright and top of page link are located). Can you please help. I’m also after the html widget to get my twitter feed looking like yours on your demo site – I only want the twitter feed to show my favs. Thanks in advance, you have been so good to me. Nikki
Hi Nikki,
I have mailed you the link for the twitter feed code. I am pasting it here as well.
http://themesupport.themeshigh.com/discussion/84/twitter-feed-at-footer-block-2-widget-locationThe footer has been fixed. The issue was that the intended closing tag for “strong” tag was lacking the important ”/” slash character
IE is very strict in such matters
Cheers
Can you give me the url for the background settings so i can have the “light” effect coming through? (I’m assuming this is what I need) I’ve enabled the pretty photo lightbox but I’m not getting it. I changed it back on day 1 of creating my website and I don’t want to reset back to defaults to get it again. Also If i change back to the dark blue page background colour I don’t have a problem with the copyright etc showing on blue. However I may need to change back to the white back ground depending on how the default looks when I can get the light effect happening. Thanks
UPDATE It’s OK I got it from the Editor area.
Hello Chang,
I have a question about the feature image attached 2 a post. Is there a way to suppres the feature image to not be showed at the full post message. so it does appeare as the header of the post just the title?
greetings O2Design
Hi,
If the post has a featured image, it will show up when the post is opened in full. The only way to not have it show up the image is to not assign it the featured image at all.
If you want to have the featured image on the post, but do not want it to show up when post is opened in full then you will need to use this minor hack.
Simply comment out the lines 75 to 92 in the Current/includes/simple_single.php
Greetings
Chang
Hi, nice theme…
Have problems with “Current theme Options page”
No have:
All this included in the Documentation.
Regards
Hi,
These options are not available on the Current theme Options page.
To have the “Blog page setup” show up. First create a new page or open an existing page, apply the “blog” template and save. Once you have the blog template applied, the “Blog page setup” metabox will show up on the page’s edit screen itself.
Same for the rest of the page specific options.

Hi Chang,
I just purchased this theme and love it, I was wondering if there is a quick way to turn off the homepage displaying posts so that my layout is similar to the one you’re using in the demo?
Thanks and keep up the good work!
Hi,
Thanks for purchasing my theme
You probably have the front-page configured to use a static page. Please go to the Settings -> Reading and make sure that the “front page displays” is set to “Your latest posts”
Regards Chang
Hi Chang,
Thanks for getting back to me, sorry I meant that at the moment my homepage is displaying posts as well as the widgets. I would like it to not display the posts.
Thanks!
Hi,
Yes, thats exactly what will happen if you set the ‘front page displays” to “Your latest posts”. I know, it does sound the other way though
It seems that your website is set to display a “static page” for the front, and that static page is what is bringing up the latest posts. If you undo this setting, the issue will be sorted.
In case I am still getting it all wrong, please provide me the link to your website.
You can mail me such info to my email via the contact form on my profile page.
Regards Chang
Hi Chang,
I’ve emailed you my login details.
Thanks, Alastair
Hi,
I’ve bought your theme, I like it very much, but I have two problems: 1. The header height is correct in the home page but in the others pages it’s wrong. home page: http://www.djherod.com/current/1.png Other page: http://www.djherod.com/current/2.png 2. The sub-menu in the home page is correct, but in the every other page is transparent. home page: http://www.djherod.com/current/3.png Other Page: http://www.djherod.com/current/4.pngThanks H2K
Hi H2K ,
It seems like some dynamic css, not being generated because of some file permissions gone wrong. If you can provide me link to your website, I will be able to find a solution in no time.
You can mail me the link via the contact form on my profile page.
Regards Chang
The contact form is not sending emails. It says it submits correctly but I don’t get anything in my inbox.
Edit: Never mind I figured it out lol.
I can’t seem to get the nab to center. Please Help
Hi,
nab, would be? Can you please post the link to your site and detail the problem you are facing. You can email me from my profile page.
Regards Chang
Greetings, Looking to possibly purchase this theme, can you tell me what kind of documentation is included? I’m hoping a pdf manual of sorts is included in the zip file..Thanx in advance, looking forward to working with this theme!
Hi,
Yes, the documentation is included. Its not exactly a pdf file, but html document that contains all the info required to manage the theme. In addition to that you can expect complete support from me if you need.
Regards Chang
Hi, i’m working with your great theme and i like it too Just a question. In the demo live, you have 4 small test in the front page block C1.2.3. and 4 Each text begin with a title with a small icon. Is it a “text widget” with html code ? Or a shortcode ? Or just text widget with css class ? Please can you tell me more ?
Same question about the construction of the firstfront block , where you have “Responsive Theme / SEO Ready / Compact and Light” and a baseline under.
Thank you
Hi Fabico,
I have just posted the sample content info at at the support forum. please check the new posts here http://themesupport.themeshigh.com/categories/demo-site-content

We’re trying to build a portfolio page with videos- including Youtube, Quicktime and images. You use an overlay on your demo – how do we get that to work? We looked in the documentation files and saw nothing.
Also on the menu- how do we get the social media icons in there? Thanks
Hi,
The overlay is actually prettyPhoto plugin. You will need to turn it on from the “theme options”. Look for prettyPhoto lightbox and check the enable checkbox.
For social media icons, refer to the following link http://themesupport.themeshigh.com/discussion/83/social-media-icons-at-the-inset-widget-locationRegards
Chang
Hi,
Sorry, was away.
You should use the portfolio template to setup the page.
First of all create a few posts, and apply a video each to the posts’ featured video section. Assign all those posts to an arbitrary category, for example call the category “TV”
Now create a new page, assign it the template “portfolio” and save. Once you save the page, the portfolio screen options will appear, where you can select the “TV” category and customize the other parameters.
btw, this has been also detailed in the documentation.
Please let me know if you still face the issues.
Kind Regards Chang
Hi I’ve built a website at fhouston.com using your template. I am trying to use the News page for the blog (selected the “blog” page template and set the reading settings to point to this page for my blog posts) >>> http://www.fhouston.com/news/ I created a post but the title of the post as well as date, category, comments etc. does not show up at all. And this is after turning on all those options under theme settings and inside the “News” page settings. Please advise. Thanks!
Hi,
Please keep the reading settings for the “posts page” to none and you will have no issues with the news page. If you still face any issues, please message me.
Regards Chang
Thanks! That worked but the date doesn’t show for the post. How can I insert that into the PHP ? (since there is no option to turn that “On” or “Off”)
Hi,
The date has been clubbed with the Author display. If you turn on the Author’s display, the date will also show up beside the title of the page.
Regards Chang
Hello, I was wondering if it’s possible to move the contact map below the address and the contact form? and if so where I can do this change? I don’t seem to find the correct .php file to change this. thanks!
Hi,
You can edit the includes/simple_contact.php file. This is the file that contains the code that renders the map and the contact form.
Regards Chang
This is a great theme, well done; just some pre-purchase questions as I have bought two themes on here now that are not good.
1 – the logo – I assume a .png file can be inserted – how flexible is your theme to allow a greater height?? Ideally I needed a theme that allowed centre positioning of the logo but I think your theme looks good enough without it? – will a larger height mess up the responsiveness onto a mobile device?
2 – How easy is it to change the font?
3 – the background – from what I can see is made up of two images and glow is this correct?
4 – can the section Responsive Theme, SEO Ready, Compact and light be made into hyperlinks?
I appreciate your tolerance with my questions – I have just spent too much money on other templates that have not worked out and are now delaying a number of my projects!
Best
Steve
Hi Steve,
1.The logo is a custom png file, the backend options of the theme provides you with an interface to load your own logo image. You can set any height for the header to accomodate the logo and it will not mess up anything with the responsiveness of the theme.
2.You have separate font settings for navigation, main content and headings. Simply select the font for each from the dropdown lists.
3.The background is one single wallpaper, it contains the glow in the same image.
4.Yes, the Responsive Theme, SEO Ready, Compact stuff can be made hyperlinks.
Please feel free to ask any questions before you purchase the theme. I will be very clear with the replies so that you do not make any wrong decision by mistake.
Regards Chang
Many thanks for getting back to me Chang and I appreciate your openness.
Just a few more short questions;
1 – How many images can be inserted into the slider?
2 – Can the font in the menu be standard casing instead of uppercase?
3 – My client does not need a portfolio at all but instead would like a gallery of images – you use flickr – are there any plug-ins you would recommend that can take a fee from flickr ?
Again my thanks
Steve
Hi Steve,
You can insert any number of images in the slider. It is limitless.
You can change the case of letters for the top navigation. You can select the case option from a dropdown list in the font settings for the top navigation.
The portfolio option doubles as a gallery. The settings can be configured to use it as a display of gallery. In this case, a post each is required for each of the images.
The other option is to use the WordPress’s own gallery shortcode. which is available in the page editor when you insert the images.
The flickr one you see is a flickr feed being displayed in a text widget. This one is a simple html/javascript code pasted in a text widget.
There might be other third party plugins available for flickr feed. Its just that I am not aware of those plugins
Regards Chang
Hi Chang
Thanks again for your response. That’s all good enough for me!
Steve
