Hi Again,
Previously, this question was asked: “Hi, i’m working with your great theme and i like it too Just a question. In the demo live, you have 4 small test in the front page block C1.2.3. and 4 Each text begin with a title with a small icon. Is it a “text widget” with html code ? Or a shortcode ? Or just text widget with css class ? Please can you tell me more ?”
you provided a link to further information on this topic… but the link no longer works. Can you please set me up with the answers to these questions!?
Thanks! Same question about the construction of the firstfront block , where you have “Responsive Theme / SEO Ready / Compact and Light” and a baseline under. Thank you
Hi, here are the links.

I figured out my last question too… I found another link you provided to a forum like page that resulted in answers to a few of my questions.
However, still having an issue on my main page
Http://www.runningsucksraces.com
The posts are showing fine, but underneath the post is my very first post which shows large. How do I get rid of that?
Hi,
I could not understand the issue. Can you please provide more detail? A little screenshot will be helpful.
Regards Chang
Perhaps you have set the frontpage to display a static page in the settings > reading options. That is why the big post that may actually be the content of that static page is showing up.
Great theme, lots options, plus a useful demo template online. Having some jquery issues with the theme conflicting with plugin functions and their buttons buttons within the admin area. The issue is that their buttons don’t work, but when theme is deactivated, they do work. Would like to know if there’s a fix or if there will be a fix in the future. I’ve submitted login info to my website and provided additional detail on the support forum. I’ve seen a few other people with plugin/theme conflict issues and would love to know if this is universal so others would know how to fix it or what to look for. Thanks!
Hi, I just gone through your post at the support forum and working out a patch for fixing this issue. I will post an update ASAP . Regards Chang
Just wondering how the update is coming. Will you post on here when it’s available? Thanks.
Any updates on the update?
Sorry. If you go to the website you can see the issue.
www.runningsucksraces.com
It shows a blog post with a group image right above the footer… this should not be there according to your theme previews.
The reading settings are set to “your latest posts” and not to “static page”
Hi, I just checked your website. I could not see the blog post on the homepage. It looks like that you were able to fix it?
Regards Chang
Hello Chang Thank you for a great theme, It looks wonderful! A dream come true, with so many ways to make it unique. Which i will, when I get the setup sorted. I have one problem with it on the home page. Although all of my home page widgets are performing as they should, underneath is a large image from one of the posts. Yes, the home page setting is on “latest posts”. Can you offer some advice please. http://internetpie.com.au
Hi Bargosal,
Thanks. I am glad that you like this theme. Can you kindly provide me temporary access to the WordPress backend of your website so that I can diagnose as to what setting is actually causing this issue. I will have it fixed for you in no time. You can send me any private info to my email via the contact form on my profile page at themeforest.
Regards
Chang
Hi,
Thanks for the info. I just fixed the issue by creating a blank page called “Home” and in the reading settings, I made the frontpage to display the static page called “Home”.
I am also working on an update where this setting will be more obvious.
Regards Chang
Thanks Chang It’s all good now!
Thanks for the wonderful theme. I am also having a problem with the main page showing a very large blog post before the footer. The website is haaseacademy.com/main I would like it to look more like the demo page instead. It is not a static page, it is checked to show most recent posts. All it shows is one VERY large post. How can I fix this? Thank you
Hi Harukaju, Thanks that you like the theme.
Please create a static page, call it “Home”, leave the contents blank.
In the Reading settings, choose the same static page for the front page.
Regards
Chang

Sorry, one more question. When I set a featured image on a blog post, the blog page shows an enormous picture before the post. haaseacademy.com/main/press Can I control the size of this? I would rather just have a thumb nail or something smaller instead of this automatically very large picture. Thanks for all your help!
Hi,
If you want to custom sized image, then dont use the it via the featured image function. Instead, simply insert the image in the page’s/post’s content.
Hi,
I understand your requirement. For now, please turn on some sidebar on that page that will give less space for the image to expand. In the meanwhile, I will work out a fix within a day or two that can let you turn off the “featured thumb” display on the single post page. That way you will be able to insert the custom sized image to be displayed on the post, while the post thumbnail will only be used on the portfolio display. Plz, also send me your email id via the contact form on my profile page so that I can send you that patch ASAP .

Hi Chang,
I’m very interested in buying this theme tonight for a project I’m working on. I have one question:
Can I insert a static image into the header like on this website: http://www.gracelingrealm.com/index.htmlThanks! Scott
Hi Scott,
Thanks for your interest. The theme does not have a provision to replace the header image via the theme options page. However, you can put any image in the header by specifying a few lines of css in the style.css file.
Regards Chang
Just bought this great theme.
One question, where can I get more control of the slider. I only find a few in “Current theme options page”.
I have a two pictures slider, but the time out between two picture is too short. Is there any way to control this (in admin panel or in PHP file)?
One more question, is there any way to create more than 2 pictures(say 4 pictures) slider?
Please help.
Hi,
I alpogise for replying late. I have not been in the best of shapes so thats why I could not reply sooner.
The slider is a two picture slider. I mean, a single slide can accomodate upto two pictures, for example a main picture, a secondary transparent png image for typography or something else.
You can also use the custom html to insert more content or use it to simply insert and position an image tag.
Ok, as far as the speed between two pictures on the same slide is concerned. It can be edited from the javascript file. js/mocktail_init.js.php
you can simply alter the parameter provided to the delay() function for slide_component2.
Right now, it is a two picture slider with an option to accomodate a third one by directly inserting an img tag inside the html content box. However, there is no direct/indirect provision for a 4th image.
However, if you are willing to dig deeper, a 4th, 5th and so on images can also be specified in the html content section of the slide, but it will take a bit of complex css and javascript in addition to have it all working properly.
Regards
Chang
Hey Chang:
Enjoying working with Current, thanks for all your hard work. But… I’m having difficulty with the BLOG page. I’ve dedicated a page called blog – used the menu function to populate the navigation. I went into Settings Reading and set the settings to be: A Static Page: Front Page: Home & Posts Page: Blog
Then I went to the Blog Page and set the sidebar then saved. I set the Template to be BLOG and SAVED . But the Blog setting did not appear and have not appeared no matter what I’ve done.
Setting up a portfolio page, the portfolio setting DID show up. But NOT for the Blog.
Any idea what is happening?
I can provide to you the UN & PW if you need it.
Production site is here: www.ng-sandbox.com/fitness
Thanks in advance
Paul
Chang:
While you are checking out my page listed above: www.ng-sandbox.com/fitness
I am unable to get videos to show up here: http://ng-sandbox.com/fitness/photos/I plan on showing photos and video – I made a post, gave it the category “Video” and then put the Video ID in place. On the PAGE , I have set the Template to be Portfolio and set the category to be “Video”
But nothing is showing up on the page.
What am I doing wrong here?
I emailed to you my log in info concerning the Blog page issue.
Thanks in advance
Paul
Hello Paul,
Please check your email. I have sent you a reply.
Regards Chang
Hi Chang,
We discovered some issues with the theme.
1. First and most important one is not being able to make ‘blog’ page as homepage. Even though it shows ‘blog’ page, but doesn’t display any content and titles from posts.
2. Slider on/off option is not working correctly across pages. If we need to turn it off from homepage, it has to be turned off from main theme options. Once we turn it off there, it cannot be displayed on any other page / section.
3. Sample content – What you have given on your site are just a few simple widgets, instead there should have been an XML file which should add comprehensive posts and pages, so that it’s easier for end users to understand what works from where.
Please check and revert on these, and we will post more so after.
Regards, Naveen
Hello Naveen,
Thanks for letting me know these issues.
I have just updated the theme to the latest version 2 with a lots of new features, bug fixes and the first two issues that you mentioned, I have tested those with the new version and they have been resolved. Kindly download the latest files (I just updated it last night only).
For the sample xml file, kindly email me via my profile page and I will send you the content.
Regards Chang
Hi Chang,
Is this theme compatible with wordpress 3.4.2? I purchased the theme and I’m having issues doing simple things like uploading the logo—it won’t insert into post. Also, I can’t move the menu around…
Thanks, Scott
Hi Chang,
I managed to upload the logo by pasting in the image url (the box is still blank when I try to “Insert Into Post”), but even though my logo is 300px, it’s shrinking it down much smaller. Any ideas? Thanks…
Scott
Hello again,
Please ignore my last question. I’m going to e-mail you separately.
Thanks!
Hi,
I just replied to your email.
Regards Gagan
I tried to install the theme in WordPress, but it says the theme can’t be installed because it’s is missing the “style.css” stylesheet. How do fix this?
Please first extract the zip file that your download from the themeforest on your computer. Once extracted, you will find another zip archive called Current.zip
Use this Current.zip to install the theme. Then, you will not come across the style.css missing issue.
Will this theme be compatible with Wordpress 3.5? That’s the version I had to download when I created my account.
Yes, the theme is compatible with WordPress 3.5. No issues have been reported so far.
I have not heard anything regarding my theme not working properly since Jan 3rd. I gave my login info through tech support, but I haven’t recieved a reply. I really need to get an update on this fix so I can start building my website. Thank you.
Hello Ergii,
Just posted the reply to your post at the support forum.
Regards Gagan
Thanks! I just replied to it.
Since I’ve been having issues with fixing the Current theme to use on my website, I’ve haven’t been able to use it. Can you give me a refund?
Thank you
Hi,
If you want to seek refund, you will need to contact themeforest’s support.
The other day, when We received the login info of your webhost, I attempted to go in and look into any issues you were facing, but the site showed a “database connection error” as probably you were playing with the configuration. So, I could not actually diagnose any problems.
Anyhow, I will go in one more time and try to see as to what is causing the issues on your hosting environment. Please email me the issues you are facing.
Kind Regards Gagan
