hi, ive looked in all comment pages and that Demo XML link is not working. I’ve also checked your Support forum, and sent in a request. No answer back. Can you update the URL, so we have access to the Demo XML content? My request is in your support pending list i believe.

i’m trying to use woocommerce with this theme but the “add to cart” button wont appear in this theme. When I activate another theme, the buttons show up. Unfortunately not in the Cute & Sweet theme. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Commented and Messaged support 4 days ago. No response. Just need sample XML file. Totally regret buying this theme.

Me too! The support is really BULLSHIT!! And it doesn;t work with woocommerce!

Can you tell me how I create my homepage like the one on display. I changed out the 4 images on top but could not see how to set the content homepage (slider with image links etc.)

I like the design off the theme, But dont need to sell, its a cake site im doing.

Could this theme be used with out selling? On the home page i would want a still image as the header some text under it

then some images maybe a gallery can this be done?

Also can the background be change easy? and maybe the colours In the Site?

Can you make a opencart version of this theme.

I really like your theme, but after reading every single page of comments, I can’t buy a theme that seems to be poorly supported, whether the support is free and optional or not. Customer service is just too important to me to deal with a company that doesn’t provide it.

You have said you don’t provide support in the comments, which is fine, but I have seen too many people complain about not receiving a response through the support ticketing. If you aren’t, or can’t, support, your theme properly, then you should provide thorough documentation for your customers.

The FAQ on your site is very thin. I have purchased other themes on here and the support has been fantastic, quick responses, thorough documentation, and even videos. It’s too bad because I really liked the look of the theme, but I can’t pay a higher end fee (on Themeforest) of $55 on something that seems like needs lots of help (from commenters) and doesn’t receive it.
