Hi,

Theme Options is not listed under the Magentothem menu in the admin panel, is this a bug? I wanted to change the colour scheme on the template.

This theme doesn’t support unlimited color because it doesn’t Theme options list listed under the Magentothem menu in the admin panel. You can choose store and color you want use available. If you want change other color you can contact us. We will help you.

I’m trying to upload the Magento 1.8 version files. However, there are 138 unreadable files. I’ve downloaded the file twice more from theme forest – same issue. I’ve used winrar, Windown Extract and 7 – zip to unzip the files – but I still get the same error when uploading the files to by server. Just saying. Version 1.7x however, has no issues.

We have just created a ticket through your website, but we think the ticket system is not wrking correctly. As mentioned by another buyer above here, when the ticket is created it gives the ticket number XXXXXX. We also don’t get a confirmation of the created ticket.

Is there any way to move the store access list, (bottom located) to the Header beside the Currency? or an alternative way to link the 4 stores to a Main intro page?

The bottom access Store list isnt a clear way, to the user to know there are others stores in the website

Hi, The problem I reported is within your original sources (I suppose it, because the same behaviour I saw in your demo store, I mean, the autoslide option of the banner sequence into the Fashion Store isnt running OK. The banners of the Other 3 Stores are OK). My request is, If you can patch it, and send me the correct files.

The Main Menu of the Fashion Store, blinks when I try to put the pointer over it to access a sub menu

(the problems I have are with the FASHION store template. The other stores are OK until now).

Hi, I have a problem with mega menu (I use Food store). All of items menu are categories, and all items menu have (on average height) subcategories (submenus). When I put cursor on parent menu, the subcategories are displayed but they flashes (and sometimes disappear) !!! I don’t understand why ? (I tried to uninstall all of others extensions). I tested my menu, and still have the same problem, when I move fast the mouse cursor over the menu, from top to bottom. Yo can replicate it easy
