I have purchased this however I don’t know where to find my purchase code for support. Where can I find that? Basically my issue is I tested template layout 5 in litmus and the font is not appearing / rendering correctly in many e-mail clients. Is there something we can do to fix this? I have not modified the code at all.

Can you please please help. I purchased the theme and love it. However, the fonts are all screwed up in Outlook. They all look like Times Roman or something like that.
How do I fix this urgently?
We are sorry for the inconvenience. We will fix this in the next version, which will comes with template builder. (You can play with the template builder here: http://themeforest.net/item/instant-business-responsive-email-template/5060186)
To fix this issue immediately, simply add style=”font-family: sans-serif” to each td tag that contains text.
Let me know if you have further issue. I will be glad to help
I am having the same font problem with Outlook – it shows up as Times New Roman. I changed the font family to sans-serif but it is still not displaying correctly. Any suggestions?
