nagaemas

Thank you :)

I keep seeing this admin templates here and this one is particularly beautiful. But what are these admin templates for?

nagaemas

Hello oyohan,

Thank you :) An admin Template is a ready-to-use interface complete with the most common features that’s usually found in CMS backend systems. These templates are build with pure HTML , so it’s up to the developer to implement it in any programming language.

Great error page! Congrats!

Did you used a plugin or made by yourself?

nagaemas

Hello lucaswxp,

Thank you, The error page uses CSS3 animations, without any script :)

Amazing! Great job! good luck with sales!

nagaemas

Thanks a lot Anps :)

I read your reply about the definition of Admin Template… you have told there that the admin template can be used as the CMS background, but in that case how the database will be used?

Have you given any instruction on this like the tables in the database? or we have to figure it out?

Please discuss it in details as I think your approach of providing this information is excellent and I believe it will help lots of readers here in TF.

Thanks in advance.

nagaemas

Hello PlusSign,

Yes Admin Templates can be used as CMS skins, mostly custom build CMS for single websites. But they can also be used to manage other things like company resources etc. in that case one need to implement their own system and logic, because these admin templates sold here on TF are only providing user interfaces. You can think admin templates as Wordpress Admin section, but only the user interface, so you wouldn’t be able to save, manipulate, or add data. I hope that’s clear.

Actually, to use these admin templates, one needs to be able to program in a specific programming language.

Thank you :)

Great template, just bought it looking forward to throwing it all together and making extensions to it.

Phenomenal work Nagaesmas, I look forward to your other work. Shame we can’t tip designers for great designs!

Hello Antaros,

Yes this is really an unfortunate thing that I recently discovered about the Google Charts API . They are utilizing SVG to render the charts, and I found out that Android OS supports SVG only starting from version 3.1.

You can read more about it here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6411190/error-in-google-visualization-bar-chart-api-in-android-browser

They do work on iPhone and iPad :(

There’s no other solution than using an alternative charts library like flot: http://code.google.com/p/flot/

Do you suggest that I take out the Google Charts, and replace it with flot on the next update?

Thank you

Hey Nagaemas,

Yeah I’d suggest on making sure that you use a cross mobile friendly version of the graphing software as well, for at least a few OS generations back (3 year rule for browser support). However I looked into Flot, even played around with the UI end of it, and it’s a lot more customizable than Google’s plugin, and would be great for you to manage as a designer due to the great UI flexibility however…for clients it might need a bit more documentation on your part in order to give them a working insight on how to manage the graphs.

Great work none the less. Haven’t come across any other problems, and I’ve nearly set up a fully functioning CMS in PHP in roughly the two days since purchase. One thing I might suggest though is writing a small widget to really promote the FullCalendar feature by writing a widget that shows how easy it is to add or remove data from the calendar without sourcing from a Google Calendar feed. It would help promote this template further by showing the project management, and CRM potential of it too since you virtually have every feature available already for those types of platforms.

Just some food for thought.

nagaemas

Great feeback Antaros!

I’ll surely consider the things you said, and release an update soon :)

Thanks

Translated by google: Hi Nagaemas, congratulations on your work is very good. I have a problem. I can not open the form to upload files from my iPad and iPhone. Can you help with that? PS: I’m using the Live Preview demo

- Greetings from Lima

nagaemas

Hello johangalvez,

Yes, this is actually not a problem with the template, but iPad and iPhone just doesn’t support file uploading on Mobile Safari. I noticed this also before releasing this template.

You can read about it here: http://www.parorrey.com/blog/technology/how-to-fix-iphoneipad-mobile-safari-greyed-out-and-disabled-file-upload-control/

Thanks :)

Everything looks awesome but I have one question before I pay. Is it simply to me that transate tamplate to another language?

nagaemas

Hello igor39,

Yes, translating this template can be easily done. Just open up the HTML files, and edit the texts with your favorite text editor like Dreamweaver or Notepad++

But for further use, it all depends on your customization.

Thanks :)

Hey there, at first I have to say that this template is awesome! But I have a Problem, My problem is that after I installed the WebApp (touching + in mobile safari, “add to home screen”), which is working quite well, but when i click on an link it opens safari and leaves the webapp. How can I fix it?

nagaemas

Hello digitalizame,

I’m very sorry for the delayed reply. I had some urgent family matters. First of all, thanks a lot for your purchase, and glad that you like it :)

About your problem, this is an issue because the pages are actually as separate pages, so iOS will always open it in a new window. You can fix this behavior by using ajax to load the page content. There’s a plugin available for this, pjax, http://pjax.heroku.com/ that can help you to achieve this easily.

Hope you get it clear.

Regards

What would i need to do to make this template have a fixed top bar and side bar so only the main content is scrollable?

Also i seem to be having a problem when adding the site to the homescreen of my iphone/ipad. All links open in safari and take me out of the web app.

nagaemas

Hello jcisthebest2000,

Sorry for the delayed reply, I had some urgent family matters :( Thanks for your purchase, and about your question, you can achieve this using some simple CSS , but it will make the sidebar hidden when you have a lot of menu items. If you want, I can send you the CSS for this fixed header.

About the issue on ipad, it’s caused by the pages loaded as separate pages, so iOS will always open it in a new window. You can fix this behavior by using ajax to load the page content. There’s a plugin available for this, pjax, http://pjax.heroku.com/ that can help you to achieve this easily.

Thank you :)

I have payment to you , why cannot to download this app ?

nagaemas

I don’t see your PURCHASED badge, so it seems there’s something wrong when your purchased my template. If your balance has been deducted off, pleaase contact Envato support: http://themeforest.net/support

Thanks :)

I seem to be having issues adding an onclick event to the change password list item under da-header-dropdown. Whatever function i call does not work at all, if i add the same function to another link outside of da-header-dropdown it works fine so does not seem to be a problem with the function that is being called. Any idea why this would not be working?

nagaemas

I tried without commenting the code, and it does work.

I gave the ID “cp1” to the change password menu, and bind an onclick event and it does work.

$(document).ready(function() {
    $("#cp1").bind("click", function() {
        alert("Test");
    });
});

Thank you :)

Still cant seem to get it to work. Could you show me which part you are commenting out just so i know i have the correct part. You can email me if you prefer on the email i sent you a few days ago.

nagaemas

No, I didn’t comment out any code. I just added an ID attribute to one of the links in the dropdown, and it works :)

Can you show me your code?

Thanks

Hello, okay? I got this layout, but I can not leave him to form fixed, how should I proceed? hugs

nagaemas
