I am getting an error when I upload. It says missing stylesheets. ANy suggestions?

I bought this theme a couple of years ago. I see that it has been updated. Do I have to repurchase the theme to get the upgrade?

I’m looking at centering the navigation bar but the CSS supplied doesn’t actually center it…

I’m a coder so I’ve tried my own code but this actually seems to break.. the dropdown sub menus, so can you supply me the code?
