Looks like reviewer made a pricing mistake. I bought this the moment it came up and it was showing as $3 or $1 prepaid so i bought it as i knew it was made by you and that it would be high quality 
When i clicked confirm i notice afterwards that it took $10 and the price went up to $12 or $10 prepaid
I hope support can help or try and get intouch with the reviewer to see what happened, Don’t get me wrong i love the file but it was more impulse as i like your work and at $1 it wasnt going to break the envato bank of HD 
as i knew i would not use this item (not for a long time anyway!)
I guess this proves the saying if its too good to be true then it is Super unlucky eh?

Haha yeah sorry about that Harvey i dont know what happened but i had already submitted it to support before you purchased it, it actually looks like you buying it is what fixed it!
