Darx - Responsive Dark Portfolio HTML/CSS Theme

Hi,

All you need to change is path to images. In this template we use Timthumb which is located in js folder. So path to image should look like :

src = “YOUR SITE URL /js/timthumb.php?src=PATH TO IMAGE ”

So if your site is on domain test.com and your image is in /images folder src should look like :

src = “http://test.com/js/timthumb.php?src=http://test.com/images/test.jpg”

Just as an addition, the timthumb doesn’t work locally and needs a server to run properly, this is why links are made to our site (to placeholders and not to images). Somehow this seemed like a good solution since Timthumb is a neccessity here to make full width portfolio work properly. Sorry for any inconveniences.

Dear Author,

I am a newbie with wordpress & CSS :HTML but I pretty much followed all instructions on how to upload Darx on my wordpress account via godaddy hosting. It is installed but stylesheet and template are missing. I have done everything envato support suggested alas! I am out of luck! i have done everything that i can think of i cant get the images to work this timthumb gallery is not working at all i have fourbucks.net an they told me they have the latest GD library an i still can get images to load the only ones that work are the original links. i pointed directly to images on the site an nothing the window get skewed i have worked on these sites before an was never this painful all i need is some way to get the images to show. i set all my folders to 777 as well an still no go the site is glendacortes.com

Hello,

Love the theme. I just had one problem as of now and that is getting the contact form to work. I replaced the line ”//Your Email Address” in sendemail.php to my email address but it still does not work.

Please excuse my naivety, but I am only really familiar with html so I am not very sure what I am missing.

are you serious? When you enter the support email it gets into the system and there is a waiting list ofcourse… Also expecting support within an hour is HIGHLY unrealistic. Do you even consider stuff like time difference, the people that are in support line in front of you? I guess not. You are not the only one in the world you know. I am very reluctant to answer any more questions tbh, support isn’t even neccessary here and demanding answers within an hour is just unrealistic.
