This is an excellent theme for food blogs ! Also the author helps very quickly and solves any problem that occurs during the creation duration of the site. I certainly recommend the theme..

Got this today and I guess I am to new to WordPress to make it work. Is there a install guide somewhere? Looked and just am not getting install right or something.

How can I add featured image in recipe without sidebars?

Good evening. I think I’ve followed the guide correctly and am adding recipes to get some filler copy in there to play with, but for some reason, my permalinks are set but don’t work. Any ideas?

Recipe links basically 404 right now. Not sure why yet.

[update] Re-saved permalinks and it started working fine. Must have gotten hung up in WordPress somewhere along the way. Ignore this post

Also all plugins doenst display, that working in “Posts”

Hi. First off, great theme. I did, however, encounter a problem. I created a WP child theme with your theme as the parent so I can make some adjustments to the CSS. Everything seems to work fine except the recipe ingredients and information key-value boxes aren’t showing up. At this point, the child theme is essentially just the bare-bones style.css comment header with the import of the parent CSS.

Overall, I like the clean look of the theme. I would like to switch to it, but need a “submit recipe” option for users and a search by ingredients feature. Also, is there any type of slider available with it?

Can the colors of this theme be changed?

Great theme, but in recipe posts I’d like to see an additional wide box where I can write something about the recipe (in i.e. an anecdote/story or brief description about that recipe).

This box should be between Recipe H1 title tag and Ingredient box and content field, where I’m used to writing about the recipe preparation only.

Like LadyHardy, add submit a recipe for users and i am in! Love the My Favorites feature. Any plans to integrate with BuddyPress?
