The menu shows wrong!
what’s wrong with the menu? can you explain it?
How do you add more foods templates so each category can display their own foods on their own page?
Hello,
First you need to create Foods Page’s, after that you need to add Food Category from Foods Custom Post. Just add some food with different category. Now create the menu from Appereance -> Menus, You will found Foods Category on the left bottom. Just add that category into your menus and you will have link to that foods category.

And one more question and how you do that effect in the background photo
Sorry, there is no contact form in this theme, you can use Contact Form 7 Plugin. I was included the psd file for the photo background, you can edit it easily.

When you say the sidebar has 2 widget areas… do you mean I can only insert two widgets into the sidebar?
No, you can put unlimited widget in sidebar, you will have 2 different widget area in sidebar. One for Blog, Archive, Search, Tag page and the other widget for the rest of the page (custom post, pages)

For question 1 & 2: yes, you just need to set 1 images and it will only display static images
