Everything was fine and then all of a sudden it’s not able to be viewed on most browsers. I can see it on my Mac on safari and firefox but not chrome. On my pc I can’t see it on IE, chrome, or firefox. Not sure what to do or what happened.

However, honestly I see almost the same thing on Chrome, Safari (Mac) and IE (I tested IE8 on XP). Are you talking about a page in particular?

hi there.
I’ve created my own custom type post. when I view the post, I just get a page with the background showing, but viewing the source all the HTML is there for the post. But there is also an error generated:

The error is : Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home/content/17/9911417/html/wp-content/themes/delight/functions/lib/pix_functions.php on line 886.
If I comment that line out in pix_functions.php it works.. but my custom taxonomy isn’t shown.
ALSO, when I go to http://yoga4u.org/yoga-doctor/ I get a 404, why doesnt it use the default archive.php ?

Hi,
first of all: how did you create your own custom post type? The theme doesn’t have to work with your php changes, if you change something via PHP you should also be able to fix the issues deriving from this changes.
If you use, instead, a plugin to generate the custom post type, please, provide the name of the plugin.

Sorry, the support doesn’t work in this way. If you want to modify the post types or add other post types you are trying to make a customization to the code, maybe, and the customizations to the code are not included in the support, but they require the help of an expert coder.

Sorry Perdita, but are you talking about the tooltips? Did you enable them on Delight -> Portfolio -> The name of the gallery -> Tooltip on image… can you provide the URL of the gallery where you want to display the tooltips please?

Yes I am talking about the tooltips. Pretty well all galleries should have the tooltip active with the title e.g. http://www.perditaphillips.com/gallery/1997/ Currently no galleries are displaying tooltips

Hi,
I have an issue with publishing background pics. It worked the perfectly before, but now it doesn’t work and it’s been like this for a week or so.
I just downloaded an update, but that didn’t help either. I’ve tried on both PCs and Macs with the same result.
I can upload pictures to to media library, but when i try to «insert to post» what happens is that I get a blank/empty popup window and it fails to publish.
What can be wrong?

Hi Daniel,
please, read the documentation included in the file you downloaded from ThemeForest, when you insert a media you must pay attention that the field called “File URL” is filled with the URL of the media. Have a look to the documentation, it is explained serveral times.

There is any social icons, I’m sorry. The icons on the header are Cufon elements: I created a font (dingbats) that replaces some letters with social icons, so you can change their color according with the text color. If you want to change them you must upload your own set of icons and edit the file called header.php, from line 395. This requires a good skill in html, php and css.

I want to ask you, i have big worlds in third level menu, in your example i mean under OTHER FEAUTURES/Shortcodes i have many and big Slideshow etc. And then the firsts hide behind PORTFOLIO. Is any way to fix this, or maybe i think is there any way the third level to open vertical and not horizontal? Thank you in advance and congratulations for your fine work.
Mmmm, I’m afraid there isn’t a way, this is a limitation of the horizontal menu and I didn’t provide another kind of menu. However please share your URL, I’ll have a look.

hello, for my preferred design, the page width is too narrow when I select the option to include the side bar.
The full width page is a nice size of 780px
Is it possible to adjust the template so the page width stays at 780px wide AND has a side bar?????

I wanted to ask how I can set and change the height to which the content pages slide out such that they actually would not slide out as much. Also, is it possible to control the height for individual pages ?
There is a few other issues I have recognized. On my Android device in Chrome, the menu disappears completely ! In different browser on the PC the position of the title page is not quiet vertical centered when the page is hidden and only the title is shown (same on Android devices). The fade transition of background images in a slideshow is bumpy in Chrome on the MAC, like images jump from one to the next.
Last but not least – in I-Explorer the header with the logo on it shows in a solid dark blue gradient instead of 0.8 transparent white ?!

I’m sorry but if you are trying to move the open content to the top, I’m afraid it’s not possible since the height and the position is calculated via javascript, my apologies.
The theme is not compatible with Android and it isn’t responsive, as described in the item page. I only made some improvements to make the content available on iPhones and iPad since its first release more than two years ago (and, of course, I started to develop it earlier).
I’m using Chrome on Mac and the fade effect looks good… the position of the title doesn’t have to stay centered, it is floating on the left and the distance from the left is always the same. Once again, I’m sorry, but Delight doesn’t have an adaptive layout.
The blue gradient depends on the facts you used on the admin panel the shortcut for the hexadecimal color, I think #fff instead of #ffffff: Internet Explorer needs the whole hexadecimal code to calculate the filter to generate the opacity.

Hi Manuel, Is there anything that have to turn on/off to stop blocking background for categories?
I couldn’t find answer on my problem under ‘post category background image’. I am trying to set background image for Categories, individually / separate image per category. So, problem is that I went in ADMIN PANEL>DELIGHT>BLOG>’category1’ (here is a list of all posts eg. ‘category1’, ‘category2’, ‘category3’). I choose for example ‘category1’ and under ‘Select the background of your category page’ I did select ‘SINGLE IMAGE’ and uploaded to server (link URL to image was there).
But unfortunatelly changes did not apply in blog category and it display default/same background image that I set for all posts under POSTS PAGE>BACKGROUND. Yes, i did check if i turn that bakground off, still my background for ‘category1’ did not display.
Can you help me please, I am not sure where I made a mistake?
