Thank you for your quick update.
The slider of the homepage changed. This part of this screen is now split : on the left the video and on the right i have the list of videos. Before i had a large screen on the top with the thumbnails under (how to retrieve it ?).
i also notice that the slider display normal posts in the slider. Is there a way to prevent this ?

Hi hurraken, you should read documentation first:) just go to “Theme Options > Home > Home Featured Settings”, and select “full width” as your featured content layout.

WOW !!! this theme rocks!!! just 2 pre-purchase question:
1- The ads system, did I can accommodate by categories? such that the category of car have only “car advertising” for example.
2- When a user register, does the user can upload videos? If so, I can moderate them? and these videos, can be loaded on the server? that is self-hosted video

1. Sorry, you can’t, this theme included 11 custom sidebars for different types of pages, such as Author Archive, Single Post, Single Video, Category Archive, Home etc… but you can’t accommodate by categories. I suggest that you use a “Custom Sidebars” plugin.
2. when a user registered, Whether the user can upload videos depends on its role and capabilities. please read official codex: http://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities

EXCELLENT theme!
Naturally, I have a couple of suggestions/needs
1. It will be great if we can have “categories pages” similar with the the Home page . I mean, category page where we can add modules with different video lists (sections) and use the main Featured area
2. The ability to use the “featured area” way anywhere in the homepage (or the category or archives) as with the existing sections.

One more question: I’m planning to integrate a gallery slider on top of posts and I’m wondering if you plan to do this too in a future update? If so would you do this via adding a new post format like you did with the regular posts?

We took it down temporarily as we decided to build in some more features and then re-launch it. We’re adding in the ability for users to upload their own videos and posts!

Hi, I bought this template but having an issue . When i go to plugins and want to add a new plugin or just search for a new plugin, i get this error “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration” I only get this error when the Detube theme is activated, when i deactivate the theme i dont get this issue. Ive reinstalled wordpress few times now until i figured out it was the theme error. Other people on google that have gotten this type of error have said it could be malware. Is there a way to fix this or anything i should be worried about ? Thanks for your time

This theme absolutely is not a malware, if it is, it can not be approved by Themeforest.
I suggest you contact your hosting support to check this problem.
