it´s possible make the small orbit slider starts automatically without clic in the slider arrows ?

I am trying to change the transition on the refineslider to a fade but when I edit the .js file it does not effect the slider. I am editing the jquery.refineslide.js. I changed the code to say:
transition : ‘fade’, fallback3d : ‘fade’,
