Can self hosted streaming videos work in this theme? Or just the usual Youtube, Vimeo and the rest?

Also, since this is already a HTML5 document, you can add videos using the video tag (it would need a little bit of testing to ensure cross-browser compatibility):

Hey thanks for your reply mate! I wish you great success on this one. Are you planning a Word Press v? This would be an instant hit in WP I would think. Are you taking requests for features?
I agree with Nickmaragos that a captcha built into the contact page is a solid basic add on for this or any project nowadays. Killing the spam bots and the hoards of useless crap coming through the contact and blog is a must.
It would be nice if most of these developers would add basic functions for selling files/downloads along with helping to prevent the massive spam bombs folks are getting. We just repaired a site that did not have captcha built into it… 39.073 spams in a few days of Viagra and Cialis and that’s no joke. LOL it’s like a pandemic of the blog spamming mannequins.
Hey mate – idea247 what he said – nailed it actually – I think if you were to do this as an add on to WP, man I think you might just crack the glass ceiling on this one. As a standalone, I’ve been scratching my head. As an add on to WP – Ping! Pop! Bing! BAM BAM BAM ! I heard the thunder in my head! LOL
The light illuminated into a halo of divine inspiration. I can think of at least 5 sites I could put this up on as a WP add on. That and a few highly functional features could make something like this adaptable to a myriad of types of sites. Maybe a super supreme plug in. If this were the case, I have bought on a knee jerk transaction. Food for thought mate!

Hi, AMAZING WORK . GREAT! But a small, needed thing: there is a major error in portrait-mode (long+small) on the iPad (1+2). In landscape-mode (wide+short) it’s amazing and great, when turning the tablet the website looks like hell. Can you fix this in the HTML version? I’m sure it is not much work in the CSS (some viewport/expand or something like that), so i already buy it. I can’t wait to convert the template to my company/blog website! THANKS !

Hi, some small things: In Firefox when select another color (like orange) as standard color (HTML), the website miss all the design. Please try it. And in Safari, PC and tablet, the footer is half white. Small things you like to know, i think. Small things i like to see them fixed if can. But most of all: AN AMAZING , GREAT TEMPLATE !

Don’t forget to change “rel=’alternate stylesheet’” to “rel=’stylesheet’” to make it the default CSS (take alternate away).

I found this theme a few hours ago and I was so amped that it meets all my needs, looks great, and is exactly what I need in order to turn my website into what I want it to be… but then I see it isn’t for WordPress.
If you guys made this into WordPress, you have another definite sale.

This is a plain HTML template. You could code it into a CMS such as Wordpress or Drupal, but currently it is a static template.

First of all, I really like this design. I’m searched and searched for other but I am now settled on this for. I could not find a better one except I have one problem with this template:
The sidebar information does not show up whenever the page is reduced to smartphone size. Is there a way that the sidebar information can show up also, for instance when I reduce the browser to cell phone size?
If that can be done then I’m sold on this.

While we’re working on an update for this template, we can’t guarantee that it’ll be launched when you need it.
But this is an easy fix. Open the layout.css file and around line 1085, which says: ”@media only screen and (max-width: 479px) { #sidebar, #header .socials, #twitter-feed, #main-nav a:after, #main-nav > ul.sf-menu, .slogan, #light-controls, .video-arrow { display: none; }”
Just delete the #sidebar from here and it should appear.
does this work with more then 3 vids in a tab? does it slide down or something?

Another little bug i noticed was this
In safari, when you play a video..and click on lets say another tab and then play a video on that tab.. both videos are playing at the same time, the previous one is playing in the background..
works perfectly in firefox.. seems to be a safari issue.

What can can I do to make the contact form on Claquette theme to work? Where should I enter my email in order to receive messsages(when someone will hit the send msg button), because I don’t know, I am not a profeseional code maker.
Hi Ledian – the contact page is just a placeholder, you would have to code it to suit your needs and make it work on your server.
I download the file and it appears as a .zip. I double click it to open and it turns into a .zip.cpgz which will not open and only replicates the same. I am using a MAC OS X . I have downloaded a couple of programs that stated they open .cpgz, but have not opened the folder. I really want to use this product, but can’t if I can’t get it open. Please let me know how to open it.

This shouldn’t be happening, the is no .cpgz folder in the package. Try another unarchiver (such as this http://download.cnet.com/The-Unarchiver/3000-2250_4-10655313.html) and please try again. It should just extract the folder such as here: http://d.pr/i/mZa0.
Please let us know if this works….
That is one of the ones I tried. Did you zip it on a MAC or PC?
On a Mac, OS X as well… Pls send us a private message with your email, I’ll forward you the folder in another format. Weird…
We just downloaded the file and tested the Unarchiver, and that’s what we saw: http://d.pr/i/t7T1 – it worked well.
