Yeah, you can place videos in the featured slider very easily.

I assume you mean does the theme work with European characters. Yes, it does. We use Google Web Fonts API which supports just about all languages.

thanks for the really fast answer. Most themes/templates are ANSI decoded, but I need UTF-8 and I already saw some templates that wont work with UTF-8.

can the twitter feed display a certain hashtag instead of a username? Our organization wants to show all the tweets going on this week that other people are tweeting instead of just whatever we retweet.

Your twitter feature just stopped working in the last week or so. We have made no changes on our website for over a month. Now the twitter feed in our footer is stuck on “loading new tweets.” Even on the sample content that was downloaded it’s saying the same thing. I would post this in the support forum, but your support forum doesn’t work. So how do we get support for our items if you won’t answer here and your support page doesn’t work?
