How to remove selling_point from the URL in your wordpress edition?

If you are using the Theme XML to populate the content for your page, the selling_point URL’s will have “ireed.net” in them (and link back to our demo page), unfortunately.

To fix this, click “Selling Points” (in the Wordpress control panel), and delete all the selling points. Now, add your own. This will point the URL back to your website.

Couple of questions?

1. Does this template support different languages other than English? 2. How do I change the text “For Sale” to something else? 3- How do I change the contact form elements, mainly labels?

1. Right now, Domena only supports English – sorry.

2. You will need to edit the graphic – Domena comes with the PSD’s that allow you to change that text (or create your own, unqiue “for sale” graphic). You could also change the “For Sale” color to None (in the theme options), which removes it from the page completely.

3. The text on the contact form can be changed by editing the “contact_form.php” file within Domena’s theme folder

Hi reidknorr,

I am encountering a couple of problems.

On Multisite WP: Uploaded files in cPanel but does not show at all in WP I tried Single site WP and it gives this error message in WP:

Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

Name Description __MACOSX Stylesheet is missing. domena-1.2 Stylesheet is missing.

What’s happening? Please, help.

It sounds like the theme was not installed correctly – please review the instructions in the documentation.

The error you’re receiving can happen if the entire folder, as downloaded from ThemeForest, is uploaded into Wordpress’ “themes” folder. Instead, there’s a ZIP file within that folder that should be uploaded via the “Install Themes” option in your Wordpress admin.

Hi reidknorr,

I have two additional questions.

Is there any additional documentation on how to make our versions look like your demos (besides the one the documentation folder). It will be great to know how to make our pages looks like yourcity.com or flight track.com examples you have on your live demo. The documentation provided doesn’t give these details as far as I found.
Is there a recommended dimensions and size for the custom logo?

1. We don’t currently have any additional instructions, but here’s some tips to help you out. YourCity and FlightTrack.com make use of the “Custom Logo” option (uploaded via “Custom Logo” in the control panel). For the background, we’ve uploaded a custom background as part of “Custom Background” option (also in the control panel). Beyond that, the themes have different color options, also controlled in the Domena control panel (“color scheme” and “element color scheme”).

Once you’ve uploaded a custom logo and background, go into the “Page Layout Editor” to position the logo on top of your custom background – that will make it possible to replicate the demos.

2. No – the logo can be any size. After you upload your logo, go to the “Page Layout Editor”, where you can position your logo based on its size.

Hi! 1. can the toolbar contain links to other pages? i’d like to use that for a nav bar. 2. can the section for google analytics stats contain other info or is it just a “widget” that can only contain that data. ie. could I embed another photo or video there? 3.Selling points can be a link to another page?

If my domain is ’’mydomain.com’’, will the visit counter so still work, if i place this theme on a subdomain? ’’subdomain.mydomain.com’’?

Yes the visitor counter is based on google analytics so I don’t think that would be an issue.

I got one problem with the logo and selling point style.

It is not showing up as text ( handwritten ). I selected the box for this option, but it doese not work.

Hello Reidknorr, Your theme is a really great but i stil stumble on the GA chart display. I register a Ga account, verified the website on the webmaster tool and provided the Target URL path prefix. however i still get this message : ” The page you have requested cannot be displayed. Another site was requesting access to your Google Account, but sent a malformed request. Please contact the site that you were trying to use when you received this message to inform them of the error. A detailed error message follows: I’m sure i’m only at 1 or 2 steps to succeed but i need your help. Please assist.
