How do I place Google Adsense in the blog? I’ve added the code after the about text area but only blank space appear ( I have no ad blocker installed)
Also, would it be possible to set the Google Adsense in one of the post box permanently?

sometimes the google ads take a while before they are displayed. I just tested it on my testblog with an old campaign, and it displays without any problems.
My guess is you created a new campaign for the new blog, and those always take time before they show something.
If it doesnt work in a few hours please contact me via email, and i will take a closer look at your page.
Im afraid setting up a fixed box, e.g. always the third from the top, with ads wont be possible with tumblr.

Great theme but just one issue. Can I post a photo that when you click it, takes you to say 10 photos that relate to the original? Any idea how I could do that?
I have tried posting one photo then adding custom HTML to place 3 others underneath it, but on the home it does not resize them to fit in the column. The photo I upload resizes to fit the column but the 3 underneath that it’s linking to just show up at 100% size and cropped in on the corner.
Also if I add text, then insert say 3 images in the article, they come out stretched on the main page.

you can use the photoset function of tumblr. Just create a normal photo post, upload your first image and then click on the ”+ Add another photo” button. You can add as many images as you want that way.

Hi!
I use your theme with great satisfaction, but somehow I can’t get Discus to work. As far as I know, I just type in my Discus username and then it should work. But somehow only the “blog comments powered by Disqus” line is displayed.
Any suggestions?

yes all you need to do is type your disqus username into the appropriate field in the options. Please check for typos or the wrong username / field since it cant be a problem with theme, i never heard of a bug with this options.

I just found the problem.
It seems that the Discus script has changed. I replaced the new script with the theme’s script and now it works fine. Perhaps good to check if the theme’s code is still up to date?

Could you check the theme in IE9 as well? I have seen on several occasions that the posts are underneath each other, not filling the page with three columns, but only one.

The theme was tested with every major browser on release and on every update. Im pretty confident this not a problem on the themes end.

I just bought this but the instructions do not match what I see on the Tumblr console. There’s no “use custom html” option. When I take an existing theme and paste in the new html, I still end up with the old css and everything in the preview. So it doesn’t appear there’s any way to start from scratch. Now what?

thank you for purchasing my theme. To install the theme please log into your tumblr account, then click “change appearance”. Then you have to click the “Edit HTML ” button. In the now opening textbox please delete everything and copy the theme into it. Now please click the “Appearance” button in the top left corner and then hit “Save” in the top.

There is no block for the questions that are published. I would like to format it and also get rid of the “anonymous asked” or translate it.

thanks for your interest in my theme. Removing those things would just be a matter of deleting some lines of html code and changing a few styles, so yes it would be possible and very easy to do.

Hi, thanks for your purchase. The “blogs i follow” feature can be easily deactivated from the themes options menu by unchecking the “Show follow” option and clicking “save”.

thank you for your interest in my theme. As for your questions: You can change / edit / add everything to the theme you want. It is the same as with any html theme except that there are some additional tumblr specific codes, but anything you can do to a html theme you can do to my tumblr theme.

Already installed! I like it very much, but there is some problems: comment form is missing and I could not install the Analytics code. I tried to put the code in the line “Google Analytics code’, but it’s to long and it the appears on the page:( Could you assist me to instal FB like box? There is HTML5 , XFBML, IFRAME codes…I don’t know which to pick and where to put it. Thanks!

in order to activate google analytics please only enter your personal code into the field (UA-XXXXXXX) not the whole javascript code, since it is already integrated into the theme. In order for the commentform to appear please enter your disqus username into the appropriate theme options field. As for the facebook box, please send me an email and i will send you instructions on how to make it work.
How do I auto post to Faceboook with this theme? Can’t find the option.

I was wondering how you got the text file to open as plain code on any machine?
I’m creating my own Tumblr theme but when a user tries to open the code on their computer it opens as a rich text file when I’ve saved it as a .txt file.

first of all thank you for purchasing my theme.
You can of course save the theme in an .html files as well.
In my experience the problem with the rich text occurs only for a very small percentage of my customers (maybe about 2%) and if it happens i simply explain them what the problem is and provide them with a list of programs for both, windows and mac computers, that will solve this problem.
The reason i choose .txt files over .html files is that i want as many of my customers as possible to have an easy time using my themes and in my personal experience less people have a problem opening the .txt files as they have opening .html files.

Hi,
I’ve just bought your theme and am quite disappointed that it does not display the previews of videos I’ve uploaded to tumblr (not linked Youtube et.c vids) on the main theme page.
The vids display and play OK when you go to the specific post page, but there is just white space in the main theme layout
Any chance this can be fixed as otherwise I can’t use this theme now I’ve paid for it! Shame became it’s perfect in all other respects for my needs!

One thing I’d like to see is full size images being an option, so that when you go to in individual pic blog post, you first see the resized image but can click on it to open it on a new page at its full upload resolutions.
Do you think this is possible?
