I don’t see an option to contact you Privately not within my Account or any other way.

THE SUPPLIED CONTACT FORM DOES NOT WORK after updating it 7 months ago. Are you kidding me? OMG ! I have spent hours and hours on this site and so much $$ in advertising. I tested it before updating. It tells people that the Message was Sent Successfully giving the impression that it IS working and making my company look unresponsive. The information NEVER ARRIVES —not on any email set in my account. AAARRRRGGGHHH !!

There is a contact form in our profile.

If messages were stored in your dashboard/messages section it seems that your server was not letting emails throught to your email account.

You can disable integrated form per instructions in the end of the user manual and use plugin like contact form 7.

I would still like to know how to contact you Privately but unfortunately I don’t have any idea what you mean by “profile” . I logged into my account and checked My Profile—that didn’t seem to provide a way to email you. So I’d really like to know what you are referring to.

I found ALL the messages I should have received for the last FIVE MONTHS in a spam folder. This is a disaster. Why are all the messages going into SPAM ! I have lost thousands of dollars worth of business.

This is so upsetting I don’t know what to do. I am living practically in poverty and thinking of closing my business because I have had very little work after launching this new site. I could have been doing fine if I had only known. Damn it!

Sorry, we can not know why emails are comming to spam in your email account. You should try a solution we mentioned with another contact form.

Hello

I have the following code at the end of my style.css as previous advised

horiz_m_bg {background-color:transparent !important;}

.menu_shadow {display:none !important;} #horiz_m_bg {display:none; }

Which removes the header menu bar so i just have the white section.

I am using a customer header with an uploaded image…

Just want to know if there are any seo problems with this and how can i make the header image i have in the customer header clickable to the home page ?

Hello,

Well it is better to remove these elements form header files rather then hiding in css.

You can use custom header html field to post image with a link

Hello, I posted 11 days ago and got no response. After migrating database to a new server I cannot install chop slider. Error msg:

Hi, I have a similar problem to a previous poster in that when someone other than administrator logs in we get the error message:

Sorry, but you do not have the correct permissions to install the Chop Slider 2 plugin. Contact the administrator of this site for help on getting the plugin installed.

I am not running multisite, but I do have subscribers and it is an unnecessary error that confuses them. Can you please share with me the solution to make the error go away?

To clarify, I do not need anyone other than administrator to use the slider, I simply need the error to go away for the other users.

The button you posted links to an image file not pdf, but it oppens in lightbox in all browsers completely fine.

Hi,

I have 2 issues: 1. I’ve decided to make an update of the existing version I have and I cannot install Chop Slider 2 plugin.

2. Can you provide some examples/code/advise of how your portfolios are created? On your live site they look nice, but I have no idea how to create them, and in the example content there is nothing there. The portfolios are just plain pages with text.

I have 2 issues:
1. impossible for me to run the blog!
tried many options with your help file but I failed. 2. I use french WP witch contain as you know, accented chars like é ‘(apostrophe) è ê à ù ç… None of these chars appears nowhere : neither in the main menu neither in the widgets… For example, for the widget “Categories” in english, the french one is “Catégories”. Instead of “Catégories”, I can read on the front office in the sidebar: “Catgories”.

May I have your help please for these 2 issues ?

2. Choose different cufon font which supports your characters or upload new one with custom font uploader. Also you can disable it.

Great theme. Everyone is very happy. One problem that came out of nowhere – my orbit slider stopped sliding. Why? Also, I have never been able to install Chopped Slider 2 – I get an error message when clicking on the prompt provided and nothing shows up when I search manually.

Please check you orbit slider settings, maybe you ave changed something there.

About chop slider, try to unzip contents of the slider zip to wp-content/plugins.
