Hello Support jewel? how do I get the modal that appears when you click the icon of the basket because the product appears mangled. Wanted when the user clicks on it sends to the customer for the product and not open the modal.

This ajax feature can be launched on/off on the theme configuration options. If you will turn off it, you will have basic magento functionality.

In the mobile version i see only 1 image for the products. WHY? if i want to see others images for the products??

This is response mode. Depending on the resolution of the mobile device, webserver organize necessary optimal view. If you don’t want to have response mode you should manually make correspondent updates in the css files (not admin panel).

i’m not sure why, but i’m having headache trying to enter that support site. not sure if its region restriction, or you site too heavy traffic. i have no problem loading ticksy.com

Hello Support, when I delete a product from the shopping cart to the top he sends home page, would send the customer to the shopping cart page because then it makes more sense. Would have to edit a file to make this redirection?

Please help! Ive installed your theme but cannot upload any images in the product information section. I get the message: Image type and information need to be specified for each store view.

I recently moved the shop to another server, a dedicated server to speed the shopping cart site up. The cart however is not loading because it seems like the template is able to read the new ip address.

How do I go about showing you the certificate of purchase for the shopping cart to function?

I have another question.

It is written in the help documentation that the theme use google fonts library. If I want to use another font (Helvetica for example) where can I modify it ?

Is it possible to modify the value in the drop list which is displayed in the admin section (admin > eTheme > Dresscode >Theme Options > Font) ? I would like to add a font in your Google font list.
