Hmph. Support forum site asked me to log in, then dropped me into the admin interface. Can’t access the forums from there—have to go back to the home page of the support site to view the forum.

Where is the documentation for Duotive 2WO? I don’t see an explanation of how to use the slideshow plugin, I only can find the web page which shows examples of output from the slideshow plugin. I need the parameters and usage information.

How do I install theme with new updates without losing anything?

Hi.

If you have changes theme files, you have to make backups of all the files changed, and after the update, restore the changed files.

If you did not change theme files, you are free to update, as the settings and website content are saved in the database, so have nothing to do with the theme files.

The only changes made were the changes you made for me. You created a special color theme for me. I’m not sure what folder I should backup with those changes you made.

1. In the theme description you have the twitter widget changed file – wp-content/plugins/duotive-twitter-widget/twitter.php

2. At the time the theme was created there was no responsive features, so the theme does not have such a feature.
