You can create a single Contact page using the Duotive Admin Panel, but you can have multiple sub-pages of that contact page and add your information accordingly, it’s more of a wordpress question and capability.

If you want 3 forms for each branch you can easily create them using the Contact Form 7 plugin, which we’ve made our theme compatible with.

Also you can create custom sidebar so you can add the three contact details widget on each page.

Oh, I forgot about the galleries, you can add as many as you’d like on as many pages or posts you need.

thanks for answering that fast. i would like to have just your nice contact with google map and so on. if i can do that with your admin panel or without doenst matter. just need it to be possible in an not to technical way.

Adding the Contact page is as simple as creating a page and selecting the the template from a dropdown menu. Then you can further configure it by adding the google maps URL , then setting which fields are required, and adding reCaptcha anti-spam function. All this is done through Duotive Admin Panel that uses a simple graphical user interface.

Just to make things clear, you can only have one page that looks like the one on our contact page demo. If you need multiple pages that all of them have maps and contact form that’s not possible out of the box and with the current design. The Duotive Admin Panel supports only one page.

So, if you need more pages with different maps and form you’ll have to create pages, add google maps to each of them and then create the forms using the Contact Form 7 plugin.

Thank you again. there is one more last question: some themes work with own areas for portfolio, sliders and so on. how do you handle that? do i ad a portfolio item within the normal posts (then used as news items) or do i have to use a special area? That i am asking due to the three branches. We want to show the news / specials of each branch at the entrance page and at each branch too. (F.e.: “special offer No. 1” is availiable at all branches, shown at each and at the entrance page. “Special offer No.2 only is sold at Branch one and two, shown at the entrance page and at each branch that sells it (so hided on branch 3). We could use category sortables with that and maybe that works with your portfolio too, but i just want to make shure if we can go ahead with.

The portfolio capabilities of your theme use custom post types; they work similarly to normal posts and categories but they have extra options and have extra layouts.

You can create as many portfolio pages as you’d like and for each one use the needed categories (one portfolio can use category A and B and another one may use B and C – this results in overlapping, thing that from what I understand you need).

After you added the projects (custom post types) to your portfolios (the custom post categories) you can deploy the portfolio layout (the one that suits your needs from the 13 available templates).

Also you can create multiple frontpages for each branch each with it’s custom settings and categories. Once you’ll watch the video tutorials everything gets clearer.

And finally you can add slideshows with different images to each posts/page (you can also choose a different type of slideshow for each one). The slideshows are managed through our Duotive Admin Panel > Slideshow manager (not custom-post types).

hi, bought the theme yesterday and i am really impressed by your backend admin panel. great. the video tutorials too.

ive one short question: i want to use the full screen slider at front page but want to show posts with post images of selected categories. is it possible to do that or is it only possible to use the area in admin panel? if it is not possible, could you explain in short how to modify the theme? thank you!

So, you’re asking if you could use the posts as slides. Is that correct? Out of the box the theme doesn’t support that feature, because we worked hard to build the Duotive Slideshow Manager the way it is right now. About modifying the theme, I’m not sure what would that involve, maybe Vlad can clear things up for you.

would be great if Vlad could get back to me in that issue. thats the only point we have to add to use the theme. Had a look to the “duotive-slider.php” and the front page functions, but it is really complex. Of course, if you would make a unique configuration, i’ll pay for that work.

Could you please specify what plugin you have in mind? and also if you have the design ready for it, since we can’t afford to take custom jobs right now. If would be easier for you to hire a freelancer to do the design part for the plugin.

If there are any compatibility with the theme we’ll try and work things out.

I am referring to the wp e-commerce plugin. It needs heavy styling, that’s why I asked. I am also not sure if I am able to pull in the theme’s buttons and stuff. The plugin is a horror.

Anyway

Good to know that if I run into incompatibilities I can come to you, because that just might happen, unfortunately
