I have my image size at 1920×1080 for the full screen slider however the image shows up very small for some reason. is there someo ther setting i need to change?
Also, how do i get rid of the “light or dark” option switch on the site?

I love your theme. Do i need to buy your theme before i can view your support forums? I was looking into using this theme with a e-commerce interface and wanted to see if anybody else was doing the same. The other e-comerce themes are ok, but i just love this theme and would love it to be the theme for my website.

We’re tested our theme with ‘woocommenrce’ the other day, it works just fine, but it needs styling, so you’ll have to add the CSS style yourself or a freelancer might help you with that.

I am looking at duotive three and duotive fortune,
I am a pro photographer, duotive three looks a bit more elegant to me, are there any large differences or benefits to having forutne, it is hard to tell the differences.

Some of the diffrences would be: that fortune can rearange modules on the frontpage, three can turn on/off, no rearange. Fortune can have untimited frontpage layouts. Three, only the four presented in the demo. Fortune can have unlimited slideshows and unique ones for any page! Fortune has a translation panel. Fortune has fullscreen slider. And they are more, but three is a great theme too!
So Fortune is more advanced, now i just need a logo that is cool enough to put on there!
I am on the fence is there a way to change the way the top menu looks? I am tryin to figure this out in the demos. I like how both look its impossible for me to decide!

I am leaning toward fortune but I kind of like the top menu of three better idk. elegence but modern is the style of my photography

Yes, you have a psd that is fully layered and with vector graphics.
oh nice so i can manipulate that psd file to make the menu and drop downs look different. ( I basically want to buy fortune but have the menu look more like Duo Three)
Well, you certainly can do that. You can also place your customized CSS rules inside the Duotive Admin Panel, so when an update is released you won’t lose the changes be replacing the files.

If you let the comment there for about 15-20 minutes the edit button goes away
Aside from the great theme, I really like how Duotive is very responsive to there clients/potential clients. There are only a few authors that are responsive. I know I Duotive about 5 questions at 5 different times of the day and i have received a response well within an hour which is great. Im still waiting on answers to my questions to other authors i asked two or three days ago.

Please unpack the main file you download from themeforest. Inside there a folder ‘Documentation’. Open the file ‘index.html’ from that folder. I’m guessing you tried to upload the whole package when installing.

The theme doesn’t come with the content on the demo, but the 3 hours of video tutorials will make sure you’ll be able to re-create all the content yourself. So bottom line, you don’t really need it. And the admin panel is user friendly and no messing with any code

Is there a way for me to recreate the News front page layout from Duotive three? Also can I have different sliders on different pages? So have the gallery slider on the Homepage and a Content slider on another page for example?

You cannot recreate the exact layout but with the options in the back-end you can create something what will work as a news layout. You can have as many slideshows as you want on any page/post/project item.

1) Can use this “front page layout designer” for as many other website pages as I want (like about, news etc.) or only for the front page? 2) How does the theme handle Youtube videos? Can I easily embed youtube videos in the pages, in the slider and use as thumbnails for posts? 3) What about Google adsense adverts – does this work?

You need to see the Frontpage examples so you can get an ideea of what modules are available in the Duotive Frontpage manager. You can create as many frontpage ‘templates’ as you’d like, this doesn’t mean they all have to be set to be the default homepage (that’s not possible in Wordpress). They don’t have to be a the frontpage, but in a sense they are frontpages. Maybe I’m over repeating myself, but every module you see on our demo frontpages can be combined to make your own.
You can embed youtube videos (or vimeo for that matter) on any page or post. The slideshows have a URL , video and image target option, so when a user clicks on that specific slide you can open an link, a video in a modal window or enlarge the image. You need to look at the slideshow types in order to see this.
And about google adsense advers, I don’t see why they wouldn’t work.

Thanks. I looked at the Fortune pages over and over again and there is no way to replicate the Duotive Three Presentation or News pages that have the News scroller and Latest Projects scrooler plus have the flowing layout with small featured images and text.
The available options only allow for half page blocks with Big featured images for psosts – not small ones (so only a few news items can be show)
I want to use the site for a Magazine style layout and love the look of Fortune but it doesn’t provide the same functionality as Duotive Three.
How can I make Fortune work like Duotive Three?

You cannot have the exact same layout from duotive three. You can create a magazine style layout with fortune, but exactly the same is impossible.

It has a lot more than duotive three, but you do not see that. Nevertheless, please remove that url to the other theme. I do not want to advertise another theme on this theme’s page.
For an update will you create a styled “Team” page? I’m using this for corporate and need to have the mug shots up along with a description and read more button. Also a Duo themed email marketing theme to match would be nice and a cool css mailchimp subscription (form) widget would be icing on the cake.
You can create a team page without any page template. The theme has everything that you need. Images, columns and buttons. Also there is no email template in our plans for the future. sorry.

Congratulations to another great theme! First of all, my main reason to use Duotive is your support. I can´t figure out how you can manage to answer so fast and help us costumize our websites.
Now to my questions…
1. Is there a way to create a transparent top menu? 2. I´m currently using Duotive Three and it works fine, but I´m thinking about changing the layout (just because it´s fun). I guess the admin panel is almost the same with some extra functions? When I switch the themes, is there many things I have to modify between the themes? 3. I´m using an internet connection of 100mb/sec and I´m unfortunate experience problems with the speed when the page is loading in the preview. I guess it´s because of the fullscreen frontpage in the preview, but Is there something to do about it? It´s really important with the speed, otherwise my costumers just get tired and visit someone else.

Hi. Thanks for your kind words on our support forums and on our work on the themes
1. If you edit the PSD file layers i can replace some components in the theme to get that result
and of course our support forums 
by the requests to view the website. The theme is really fast to load.
2. Hmmm…Fortune is more complex in the manner to what it can do. Three as you know can make 4 frontpage layouts, Fortune can have as many as you want + you can reorder the modules on the front page. Also the slideshows are remanaged with multiple slideshows, unique ones for diffrent pages and much more. But the video tutorials are still there to help you
3. The problem is just that the host is getting assaulted
does this use timthumb.php as well?
yes it does, but the vulnerability is solved so there is nothing to worry about!
