I have problems with your theme duotive-tree. Can you help? YOU can tell me what the problem.?. My user is webclic. My purchase code this in the registration panel.
The theme is installed in http://www.blogdebillar.com/site. You can see that the images do not load
That has a simple solution. Just make the wp-content/themes/duotive-three/includes/cache folder writable. So just the cache folder. That is the path to it. Make it 777. And also delete everything inside it. For more support please join the forums – http://support.duotive.org/

Hi. That is normal. The purchases from the bundle do not come with any support. They are sold as is, as mentioned in the bundles description, in the first row. However, i will answer a couple of question over email, so send an email to duotive at yahoo dot com if you have issues. But first make sure that you watched the tutorial videos.

Hello What is the difference between 3 and 5…they appear to be essentially the same.
Hello. Not really. Three has static one slideshow on the frontpage, 5ive can have multiple on any page. 5ive has has multiple flexible frontpage layouts that you can control, three does not. 5ive can be multilingual, three cannot. 5ive you have control over all element colors, three you do not. Read the descriptions. I can get all the 5ive description here, it’s all better than three.
I just downloaded the latest version and receive “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.” when I attempt to load it in “microsoft webMatrix” on my pc. What am I doing wrong?

1. The blog page does not show a summary of the blog as the sample shows and I cannot find a way to undo it. The blog page just goes on forever and displays all details of each post.
2. The Portfolio page displays 4 icons and places the rest on a separate page. This has got to be a joke… A hole page loads with only 4 icons and the rest is on a new page?!
3. Along with other format issues are really annoying and annoying enough for me to dump this theme and purchase another one.

If I buy this theme after I buy it can I get an xml sample data file to automatically import most of the content like it is in the demo?
I am sorry, but there is no such file, because the importer cannot add slides and settings that the panel has.
Can I make a second Duotive Gallery Slider? I want one on my frontpage, and a different one on a different page.

My images not appear in the Slide Show. I’m doing this, (/wp-content/uploads/slideshow/slide001.jpg)
I created a logo and used that way (/wp-content/uploads/ksLogo.png). Works fine in Header, but in the slie show not works.

The footer area is not showing up for me. I dont even get the choice area in the footers tab to select how many columns. Please help!

Thank you for your purchase. We had some trouble with the host so the support forums will be offline for a while, but we’re working on it and they should be up soon.
About the pricing tables, our table generator should give you what you’re looking for. I think you just need to leave some fields empty (the ones you’re not using) and it shoul work). If you still can’t get the result you’re after, going with a table and inserting data into it might get the job done.
If you’re going with the regular table option, adding some bolded headings (bold, h4, h5, etc.) should make the table look good.
