Apparently the support is not available at the moment.. So just a quick one: I have many pics in a portfolio and there is no pagination. How can i get to change pages?

Yes, it seems easy but… f. now go to Duotive Admin Panel and repeat step c. for the new sub-page and sub-category;
When i go to duotive panel to repeat step c, i cannot see or find the sub-category nor the sub-page in the “page to deploy”...

Posts inside the sub category. It does not show up if it’s empty.
yes it’s empty… all the posts are in the first category… no? how can they be in the sub category as well ?
You just have to select them to be in the subcategory. Simple as that. They can be in the parent and the child too.
How do i recover my username or password to my membership.

Just create a new account. You are all free to register again. But from what i can tell, it will not be lost. We have all the posts and all the users in the new platform. If you have problems that need immediate attention, just email me and i will take a look.

On the post you want to add in a sub category you have on the right hand size a box with all the categories and sub categories listed with checkboxes. Check the ones that you want to add the post to.
ah ! I don’t know why I asked ! Yeah i knew how to select… But still not working… don’t understand what i did wrong.. I went through the process as described… still no pagination..
The process describes how to make filters at the top of the page, and not paginations. Do you have the WP-PageNavi plugin installed and enabled?

The issue is that I found problems making a gallery page private. Is there any way I can solve it?

Thanks for your kind words. You can only have private galleries if you password protect a page and have a default wordpress galley. How to password protect a page: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXGZjJqm9LU .
Also the support forums are rebuilt as we speak so at the moment they are not available.
I’ve had some problems logging into the Duotive forums, I’m using my theme forest log in password but it’s not working?

My login details do not work with the support forum and I can not pass the login dialogue to find a way to create a new account.
We are working on the forums. The dialog says that. You will be able to login or create a new account when it is done.

If the plugin has jquery compatibility mode enabled and the jquery is correct yes, it will work. I say this because the theme uses mootools for the slideshows, and if the plugin does not have that, it will break. I did not test out any plugins, unfortunately.
Hi I have files in my media library and I was wondering how to get them into a portfolio? Right now I have it set up for the image to pop up in modal but only the featured images of the different posts pop up not the ones under the specific categories.
Hi. You have to use the portfolio templates that can do that. Those templates are the ones with the slideshow modal in the name
I have the page set up as a portfolio 2 column template with the posts image behavior as open image in modal and I still only get the featured image
I switched it to the slideshow full 2 columns modal and same thing … only the featured images. If I do the sidebar – slideshow, I get all the images in the post HOWEVER the featured image is different then the one I chose. =\ This theme is defeating me

How i can insert a comment form in a “Galery – Duotive Fullwidht – One Fifth” Page? i sign “Enabe Comment”, but in the page doesn’t appear? Is it possible insert a share button (facebook, twitter, ecc)?
