I’ve a problem with my website, I used to have 5 slides in my 3dgallery, I checked evrything and on wordpress it says I still have 5 slides in my 3d gallery. But when I open my site, http://metaalwerkenfrancis.be only 3 of the 5 slides show up.
Also, my portfolio which worked fine in the beginning, can’t go to the next picture when I press “next” on the picture itself.
How can I fix this?

Having problems with the built in twitter feed. It used to work (I think), and I haven’t altered, removed, or added any code. Disabling all widgets doesn’t help. Same in all browsers. Wondering if the Twitter API (?) has changed? I’m no programmer!! http://www.omicronmotorsport.co.uk. Thanks

I can’t see why there would be any issues, if there is I’ll be happy to help resolve them.
Great theme, but BuddyPress doesn’t seem to work on it. Activate page is asking for activation key, but it’s impossible to get one. Registration page allows you to input your details, but nothing happens after that, you don’t receive a confirmation email, and you can’t login into the system. User groups page is there, but doesn’t allow you to create any groups. Members page is there, but it doesn’t show any members.

yes , we are using the latest versions. The theme creates the required pages for BuddyPress, but they are non-functional (for example, submit a registration – but no confirmation in email and can’t login into the site; or asking for an activation key – which is nowhere to be found).

Just before i purchase, i was wondering if i could get some finer details:
1. I am looking for a Buddypress site that group members can send private messages to each other – is private message capability included?
2. I would like companies to be able to post jobs on my social site and members on my site to be able to apply for the job – is this possible?
3. can users create profiles that are focused on their skills, job titles etc?

1. Yes, private messaging is built into the BuddyPress plugin. 2. I have seen a plugin which is capable of doing this, WP jobboard I believe is one of them. 3. Again, this would be down to the plugin, not the Theme itself.

Hi, I have had my site setup for a few weeks now and all was working great until now, just checked it and i have noticed that all my images wont display at all. Can you help me figure out why? Also is there a way of pausing the main stage gallery on hover?

Just found this theme and love, love, love it!
I’ve already started to build a site and there’s a couple components that are deal breakers for buying your theme and staying with my current one. But, my preference is to move over to this template ASAP …
Can you clarify if:
- it’s possible to run a full width (circa 960px) static image under the menu and then run columns below it – see example – http://e-m-3.com/services-planning/
- is there a default mode for removing all the rounded corners used throughout the template? My logo is a cube and I want to keep square edges (see previous url) throughout the website.`
If you have some good news, I think I might be spending my weekend switching over to your template.

My apologies for the delay.
1) Yes, you can use the Stage Gallery to have a single image under the header and set to 960px.
2) I can give you the CSS for achieving this.
Have you considered my other Theme Tersus instead, it will give you greater control over the design and is much cleaner design, it may suit your design better?

A couple more questions:
1) Do you/your team do site migrations? As in, I have a basic site up and have descent number of plugins giving it the look I have so far (and don’t want to change). Can you/your team migrate the current site into the new template I’d buy from you? If yes, what is your fee?
2) Do you/your team do any small customization work? I have found other websites with functionality I don’t see wordpress plugins that step up to that level. I’d need someone to code in the function and I’ll pay accordingly (if the price is right/inexpensive).

1) Yes, I have recently found someone who offers this service for my users. The fee is depending on the site, it would require an initial review.
2) Again, I’m creating a new service soon which provides customisations for my users. I currently can give basic tips via the Help Center and there is a great Screencast on how to customise websites via CSS .

I would thought the Ubermenu would have been your best bet, it’s about as customizable as you can get?
This is a super theme, but we’ve had one problem with IE (what else) which I’m sure is a css issue. The gallery pages display great in all browsers except for IE. Here’s the page: http://www.poolegrammar.com/gallery/drama-gallery/ I think the height of these elements is set to inherit but IE does not appear to like this. Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes it is, it adds a cart to the top right section of the site too. However, you can’t add products to the galleries, you’ll need to use the standard woo features. This will change in the near future.

One or two things here,
1) The image is too big for the image resizing to handle.
2) It’s a permissions issue.

I like the theme and have used it for months. The 3D gallery has never worked. My greatest issue is I get a conflict with S2Member and I can not get some of the script to work properly. The issue goes away if I install a different theme.

Is that using IE? I’ll set up some tests again, some people do not have any issue and others do.
Same issues using IE or Chrome.

How do I turn off the post navigation at the bottom of a post. for instance, at the bottom of a post there are arrows pointing in opposite directions directing the reader to the previous and next posts with the post titles. I would like to turn this off. how do i do that?

I contacted you a ew days ago regarding finding code that took you to a Cassini gambling site I.e. aj lee online. This appears at the bottom of the page on my site when I see it on my iPad. You can see a 1px x 1px at the bottom left of the screen when viewing the site in IE9 and Firefox.
As yet I have not heard from. I would like to get rid of this intrusion into my site. It’s not what I paid you for.
