Any other ideas?
Seems like you don’t have PHP support on your server.
This newsletter form requires (jQuery) and (PHP support).
Thank you too
Change your newsletter.php GetField function code to this:
$input = urlencode ( strip_tags ( trim ( $input ) ) ) ;
No need for anything else…
How did you get to my newsletter.php?
Thanks for your advice. appreciated!
this is cool but what about same form to colect emails for newsletter after web is launched.. Im looking for this if someone could help
This hasn’t been tested on IE8 has it? Unless I’m missing something?
Are you planning on fixing this issue for IE8 ?
Thank you for purchasing my template.
It was tested in all the major browsers: Firefox, IE6 , 7, 8, Safari 3, 4, Chrome, Opera 9, 10. Including IE8 , and it worked fine with me.
I can’t figure out your problem. Have you made any changes to the CSS or HTML files?
Have you tried FireFox, Chrome, or another browser?
This is strange. I just verified this on my home PC with IE8 and the latest version of FF and chrome. All is working as expected.
I’m starting to wonder if I’m running an unpatched version of IE8 at the office because I use virtual machines. If I find out I will let you know.
Thanks-very much for getting back so quickly. Much appreciated
My pleasure to help!
Glad you sorted it out.
Thanks for your feedback! Have a nice day!.
The LIGHT GREEN Version as an own webpage with sidebar would be great!! Would buy it immediately !
Good work, i like it !!
Glad you liked it.
Thanks for your comment
The theme does not work when I try to upload it to WordPress. For example, I tried to upload a zipped version of the blue theme to WordPress without making any changes to the folder and the message below was given:
Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
Theme installed successfully.
Warning: fopen(/home/content/66/6397666/html/wp-content/themes/blue/style.css) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/66/6397666/html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4165
Warning: fread(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/content/66/6397666/html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4168
Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/content/66/6397666/html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4171
When I then click activate, I get: “The active theme is broken. Reverting to the default theme.”
I also tried light-blue and got the same message. How can I fix this?
Thank you for being interested in my template.
I’m sorry to tell you that this template is not a WordPress theme, it’s simply a one page HTML coming-soon template.
However, it’s not difficult to edit, open your index.php and follow the instructions enclosed.
If you need help, just contact me through my profile page.
Thanks for the quick reply, but I didn’t see any instructions enclosed. Did you forget the attachment?
I mean the documentation that comes with the download file you’ve purchased.
what i have to do if i want to use classes (in light-green)
“paper-top clear”, “paper-body” and “paper-bottom” with two columns – side by side ?
thanks and many greetings,
Thank you for purchasing
To split the paper into two columns, you have to re-size the width of the following images: (paper.top, paper-body, and paper-bottom.jpg) to fit the width of your new columns.
Then give the classes you mentioned above (paper-top, paper-body, paper-bottom) the same width, float them to the left, and give them some margins.
Any further help?, contact me through my profile page.

This comment worth money, thank you very much for taking your time to drop those valuable lines.
I greatly appreciate it.
I like the template!
Mine has the e-mail signup coming in below the fold… I think it would be really cool to make a version with it up top. Its the most important item.
Thank you for purchasing my template and I appreciate your feedback.
Perfect support! 10 stars for this.
Thanks a lot !!! Ronaldihno
No problem, thank you for your comment, I appreciate it.
This template look awesome. I have one question before I buy though.
Is there any kind of notification when an e-mail is added to the text file or do I have to check on a daily basis?
Thanks for being interested in my template,
Actually no, there is no notification system, you have to check your file manually.
I would also like to use your theme within a Wordpress installation.
But as you have told “Meanies100” above, I haven’t found in your documentation anything, how to integrate it in Wordpress.
Could you please give me a hint, how to do this?
Thanks a lot!
Replied to your email.
The bonus theme is fantastic! I don’t have a photo editor, so do you happen to have links to the original sticky notes and papers you used? I want to change the text but can’t erase the letters.
The original sticky note file and others are all included in the download file as PSDs. To be able to edit them you have to use adobe photoshop CS3 +
If you fail to get photoshop, contact me through my profile page with the changes you want to do!
Thanks for replying mbiz. I bought Photoshop today and tinkered around for several hours so I wouldn’t have to bother you with more help, but it seems I am stuck again. I was able to edit BONUS .psd but couldn’t edit the text in www\BONUS\images\ probably because they are jpegs? So, do I need to export the edited portions of the BONUS .psd as jpegs and replace the images in the www file? I would’ve tried it already, but I don’t know how (the photoshop help manual is quite vague). Any help would be much appreciated. Sorry for the hassle. : /
Hi 8rittany, no problem, feel free seeking help any time.
After you finish editing your PSD file, save it for web, to do so go to file -> save for web & devices. Then choose PNG -24 from “Preset” drop-down menu and make sure the Transparency check box is checked. When saving replace the old files in www/images
Fonts links if you didn’t get them already: Journal, Aller
Your theme’s great! And the bonus theme rocks!
I’d appreciate your help with the bonus theme’s logo. I’m using Pixelmator and it won’t load the bonus logo’s psd file properly: I can replace the text layer but it looks nowhere near as good as the original. I tried Gimp and that gave me the same results.
Any chance you could provide me with a png version of the bonus logo sans text? (Or include it in an update to the theme?)
Also, what font did you use for the bonus theme’s logo?
Thanks so much!
Thank you for purchasing.
You might be missing the font used in bonus, which can be grabbed from http://www.dafont.com/journal.font?text=John+Doe
Thanks a lot mbiz, getting the font right definitely helped improve the logo.
Unfortunately that hasn’t changed the paper background of the logo itself. See what I mean: http://statbystat.com/
Any chance you could provide a PNG of the logo sans text?
Live demo looks nothing like the template. Where’s the post-it template?
