Do you guys install the theme if we have a fresh wordpress up? the reason for saying this I’ve ordered another theme and was not happy to the fact i could not install the demo like there site and then i would make the changes from there. The other theme was so difficult to install and to top it off the docs was misprinted. I want to make sure if this option is available and i would purchase this theme.

1. WPSequencer – CSS3 slider is not support video. But in the next update will be added next premium slider with support video. It will be in some days.
2. Yes, it can be added via Appearance -> Menus, previously having created this categories.

Ganry Framework support BuddyPress, but need install plugin Gantry BuddyPress for a support BuddyPress. Please note that some additional styling might be needed. But in the following updates full support BuddyPress with all styles will be added.

This theme looks perfect. One question. On the Checkout page .. will the shipping automatically adjust as I fill in my address? In particular I am concerned with US rates vs International. My goal is to have a flat rate for US and specific rates for each product shipping internationally

Your theme is the worst!!! You made things so complicated!!! I’m a Sr. WordPress designer/developer and I still can’t figure out how to remove callout slider section on the home page. Buyer beware buy only if you have 40hrs. of time to spend setting up!

I am sure, that you, how a web developer should watch documentation first. It includes all information about how to install the theme and installation quick start, in item “1. Install demo theme (quick start)” so your page wasn’t blank. Please, be more carefully next time.
Really not happy with this theme. I installed it and I have a blank page that I have to fully customize …. OR … I can uninstall all of my files, including my pictures, articles and customer information in order to use your installation file. I have to now spend HOURSSSSS building a theme that I purchased. If I wanted to do this, I wouldn’t have spent my $40. Note to all…. I am a web developer. I specialize in PHP, the language of Wordpress. This is NOT a theme for a beginner!

For Sr. WordPress designer/developer you should know that before starting customization the theme you should learn documentation. The main problem for web developers on WP is that they don’t fully understand work logic of Gantry with WP. Your mistake is that you didn’t check “Front page” override, which includes all sections positions. To remove outcall slider you should choose “Front page” override and Drag & Drop widget from Showcase section. Also default override is used for all next overrides, it means that you are able to create pages with any configurations and any complexity. And you don’t have to go into the code, php files and etc., you are able to do that in your admin panel. Please, be more carefully next time.
No Woo_Doo, I understand how to edit your pages. However in order to get your demo page to show up, I had to create a new database and spend half a day importing customer and post data to the new database. Not to mention that your admin page has fell REAL short. When you type in CSS in the admin page, it gets ignored. I have had to spend DAYS writing code…. NoT happy! Not to mention the cart button at the the top of the page has a span that is to large. Whenever you hover anywhere near buy or contact us the cart is activated…. guess I have to spend time to fix that too… I had to edit wp.css just to get rid of the orange color completely or else when you land on a page the menu is ORANGE!!!! Please don’t talk to me about not knowing…. I wish this comment would have been here when I was looking for a theme, because I would have spent my money elsewhere!

I recently purchased your theme, downloaded and installed. After installation, I cannot drag and drop any widgets to widget areas, it seems my entire widget area lost functionality. I can’t even change screen options. I had high hopes for this theme, but am starting to feel disappointed as I can’t even begin to work on the website.

I successfully installed the theme along with all of the demo content and love your layout. I’ve configured the whole site and also added all of the products to the cart but unfortunately I cant figure out where to edit the content for home page examples? I’ve spent quite a bit of time looking.. Any guidance is appreciated.
