Hi lovely theme.
1) Can I modify the layout in the single porfolio, txt at the left, and instead of the pictures are the same size, can I make one big size and 4 small sizes?
2) lets say I have 3 menus like commercial, documentary and stills, is it possible to make 3 differnet porfolios? So when you click at the commercials menu you you will only see the commercials portfolio?
Or does I have to manual make a page for each menu?( I hope not)
3) on a single portfolipage how can i put more than one video and can I combine 3 stills and to video.

To answer your questions:
1, 3) All of this is possible, but since it is not available out of the box, some development work is required of you, and that is most definitely a task for a developer, given the complexity of the job in hand.
By the way, if you are not a developer yourself, but absolutely need to have the mentioned features available in your copy of the theme, then my best suggestion for you is to turn to the forums, or Envato’s freelance marketplace, http://freelanceswitch.com/ to find a reputable freelancer for the job.
Hint: the main file to modify in this case is single-my_portfolio.php. Other files are subjective to change as well.
2) You can separate your portfolios by categories, that you define under Portfolio -> Categories tab of your WordPress admin panel. You just need to assign the categories to the items, like explained in the documentation, and then include your categories in the menu, under the Appearance -> Menus tab.

Another question. I had find out a solution to filter the portfolio. So when I am on the portfolio page, then I would like to point to a separate page, instead of the normal single portfolio page where the layout customs function is limited.

As far as your latest question goes, you would have to customize the single-my_portfolio.php file, including the style.css file, to get the single portfolio view to look like that. Mind you, this is definitely a task for a developer, once again, so my best suggestion for you is to hire one, if you are not a developer yourself.

Before purchasing I want to know:
1. Is it possible to make clickable the image of the slider? I want that if you click in the slider go to a post.
2. Is it possible to have social icons in the top, like in the equilibrium/yin yang themes?

I’m having a little trouble with some captions underneath images. If I add one caption, it works fine. If i add another, all captions disappear and the image breaks and is shifted to the end of the line. Any ideas what may be happening here?

I’m trying to put in header an image logo but i’m having problems. In the General Settings I switched Display logo, and I uploaded it, but it appears a message error. And I don’t know why. I paste it:

As far as your issue goes, please contact your hosting company and ask them kindly to turn the allow_url_fopen flag on. In case they don’t allow the change, please open up your theme-functions.php file in the /wp-content/themes/echo/admin/ directory, and follow the instructions found on this page: http://dropdo.com/3gq/logo. Once you have finished editing the file, save it, upload the logo, and the whole thing should work.

Hello, This is a great theme! I’m just writing because I can’t seem to get the lightbox tool to work. When you click on a portfolio item, the icon spins and spins but the page doesn’t load. I’ve tested it in multiple browsers with the same effect.

Hey, Im sorry to ask her and not the forums – but themeforest no longer seem to have a download certificate link on the downloads page…for anything I have purchased including Echo.
All I want to know is if the theme and the plugins that came with it (Timthumb) work perfectly on PHP 5.4?
