Keeping open attribute for toggle shortcode? I tried: [toggle title=”title” open=”true”] contents [/toggle] and [toggle title=”title” status=”open”] contents [/toggle] Nothing! Tks

Sorry, but I’m not sure that I got you. Can you, please, be more specific?

You may use text widget to show one image and text in the sidebar. But only Latest/Popular Projects/Posts widgets can be shown as sliders.

I feel that this themes has some bugs. I have tried sending my issues to my purchased ticket and nothing has been resolved. I am having issues where my images slider on my home page is creating a gap between the slider and my content creating a loading bar on IE7,8,9. I thought this was compatible with all?

Sorry for any inconveniences. But our demo seems to look fine in IE. Have you noticed any inconsistency?
I guess some customization could have caused this issue.

hi, this is for all user that are planning to buy this theme: please consider that the support is by far the weakest i ever seen. so if you are planning to do a lot of customizing don’t expect any help from the creators. either you are professional or you need to hire one. don’t get me wrong, all of the cmsmasters themes offer you a well if not unique design and functionality. but the support guys can do a lot better. best regards thomas

As I mentioned in my comment above, any delays in us getting back to you lately were caused by some problem at Zendesk. If you need your issue to be resolved sooner, you may provide your ticket number here and we’ll contact you directly using e-mail from the ticket.

However, deep theme customization (i.e. changing theme code, adding/deleting features, etc.) is beyond our support policy indeed.

Hello, This is a beautiful template. Nice job.

I am having an issue with the portfolio sort. When I sort by category I am having issues. If I sort by a category items do not show but the page next buttons do. It is only effecting 2 categories. Is there a trick to this? I am on a very tight deadline and really need to figure this out. Can you help me figure this out?

Has anyone else experienced issues with the portfolio sort? I have looked at the support documents but maybe I missed something. If any other users have experienced this any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have a hard deadline and don’t want to have to start over with another theme.

Great theme but I’m having trouble updating it. I keep getting this error:
