Ok I have been playing around with it for a while. The slideshow works if I use images which I set as featured items in a new post under the slideshow tab but I can’t directly show a video from a outside source e.g. youtube. I have tried setting the video as a featured item but it does not work, I also tried pasting in the html code into a slideshow page but this didn’t work either
In other words the video is showing up www.domain.com/slideshow/test but not on www.domain.com

Everything is normal like it has been for the past two years, just upgraded the newest version and the Slidehow is not appearing anymore. I even tried uploading new slides and nothing.
did you tried to create a category for slideshow and assign your slideshow items to your slideshow category? set your slideshow category from theme options => slideshow setting => slideshow category too.

Hi, I just recently downloaded the latest version of is theme (had purchased a copy quite a while ago version 1.5 and hadn’t updated…anyway long story short) repurchased and trying to update with this latest version to wordpress…using my ftp account but just can’t seem to figure it out. Hi, I have update the documentation regarding your question, there’s section how to install ecobiz theme via ftp, if you want to update your ecobiz theme, you can easily replace/overwrite your old ecobiz theme files with the updated version files, but first, backupi your old ecobiz theme files first.

I am having one issue and have one other question:
1. my issue is that twitter feed is not loading, its currently in the footer of my page and used to work. I tried disabling multiple plugins to see if that fixed it, but it did not. Any ideas?
2. Do you know how i can make the youtube video that i have in the slider area fill out the whole slider area? It shows it fully filled out before it plays and then goes to smaller size once you start playing it. I have changed whatever I could find size wise and it wont fix it.

Hi – revisiting portfolio setup.
Seems i still can not create one portfolio page showing one category, and a second portfolio page showing a second category – all categories show up on each page. Is this correct or am I missing something?
Otherwise, the categories function only serves the 4 column category template??
Doesn’t make sense to me that portfolio functionality would not be categorizable for individual portfolio pages

there’s some predefined page template for portfolio section, if you want to have portfolio page with categories filter, you can assign your portoflio page to Portfolio cat filter or Portfolio jquery filter.
the main portfolio page header image will be used generally in portfolio categories page, there’s no unique page heading image.

So your answer is no, we can not have individual pages for different portfolio subject areas?
Well, I do have an image defined for the 4 column cat filter “projects” page, but for each of the category filter pages – the default clover image shows up – you can not possibly mean we are stuck with that default image for sub categories…
Slider speed seems to be a little off, or is it just me?? When I adjust the slider speed settings in the theme settings, it adjusts it for the first image in the slideshow only. Why is that??
be sure you have managed this from theme options => slideshow setting => Slide Paused Time field, enter the slideshow speed in milliseconds there.

I have followed your documentation precisely and I still cannot get a portfolio slider to work. It used to be the case that you seperated URL ’s by comma. Now it say’s to upload images using the “Upload/Insert Add media button” and this should “automatically” add the images to a slider. It does not work!!
Can you please give me exact instructions on what to do?
you can upload your images for portfolio slider from the media manager menu icon at the top of the WordPress editor, just drag and drop your images and close the windows and yodate your portfolio item. just let me know if you still have a problem, you can contact me from my profile page with your site login info.

Somehow, I have lost my slideshow tab on the left menu and i can’t make any changes to the slideshow. I thought updating the theme files might fix it but it hasn’t and I am on the most current release. Can you advise as to what it might be?
