Hi, first you need to create portfolio categories (typography, photography, etc) and add portfolio items to them. After this you create a page, assign it the 4 column portfolio template, and on the Breeze page settings set the categories you want to display (multi-checkbox field).

For the sub-navigation, repeat the process of creating a child page of the main portfolio page and on the multi-checkbox field check only the category you want to display in this sub-page.

Hi, yes you can. Add the following code to the Custom CSS field in the Edge admin panel:

.gallery-item { width: 210px; }

Also edit the file /library/media.php and replace the following lines:

define( 'UNISPHERE_GALLERY_W', 85 );
define( 'UNISPHERE_GALLERY_H', 85 );

With:

define( 'UNISPHERE_GALLERY_W', 210 );
define( 'UNISPHERE_GALLERY_H', 210 );

Hi, the portfolio category page template isn’t implemented in the theme so you shouldn’t use the ”?portfolio_category=XXX” pages.

The way of doing it in the theme is to actually create a page and assign it a portfolio category to be displayed (multi-checkbox field in the Edge page settings).

Regarding your question, I might make it responsive in a future update because other than the Nivo Slider I don’t see any particular issues making it responsive. I can’t provide a time frame though but most probably in the next couple of months.

Regarding your question, it seems that the header and footer isn’t being rendered. Have you changed the file template_fullwidth.php? Make sure that this file’s code is exactly this code.

Hi, if you haven’t changed the template_home.php file you can edit this file and hardcode the images in line 210. The images will display below the 4 columns.

I replaced the semantic title function and it’s still not appending the “Page X” I also disabled the All In One SEO Plugin to see if that was the issue and I was still seeing the problem. Is there something else maybe we can try?

Hi, I’ve actually tested it and it worked fine, make sure that there are no plugins interfering with the page titles (please disable plugin one by one and test).

Good news / Bad news… Good news is you are the BOMB and it worked… bad news is I had to switch SEO Plugins and do some “Creative” markup on their plugin.

I do have one more small favor .. now that the title is all straight… do you have something similar to the description?

1) The custom CSS that you add set in the “Custom CSS ” field is stored in the database, just like any other theme option. Clearing this field will remove it. If you clear the “Custom CSS ” field but you still see it on the frontend make sure that you clear the cache if using a cache plugin.

2) Add the following code to the Custom CSS field and adjust as appropriate:

#sub-header h1 { font-family: Impact,sans-serif; }

Hi, from what I can see, the problem is that you are using a minify plugin that is outputting the scripts before loading jQuery. Try including jQuery also on the minify script and before any of the theme’s scripts.

Hi, it depends on the minify plugin you are using, I’ve worked with W3 total cache and it lets me set which scripts are minified and in which order.

Hi Alex, I’ve had other Buyers complain about the exact same thing but after some debugging I haven’t found the cause for the admin panel settings being ignored on a migration. Everything else gets migrated so no worries there. You’d just have to apply the settings on the Edge admin panel I’m afraid.

Hi, the problem is that your server is throwing an error when it tries to access the file responsible for displaying the skin changes: http://www.weblime.it/wp-content/themes/edge/css/skins/light/skin.php

This could be a permission error on this file or any parent folder. Login to your server using FTP and make sure the theme permissions are set to 755 for folders and 644 for files.

If you have any problems doing this please email me FTP access and I’ll see what I can do.
