1) Since we have a Template Builder where Tabs already are we thought we will limit the shortcodes only to those text and simple content enhancers. But let me know if you would like it to be implemented because it’s really easy for us to add it there, we just didn’t thought people will need it since it’s already in Template Builder which is much easier to use than more complicated shortcodes like tabs.

3) We have closed our Support Forum a few weeks back for many reasons but I can tell you what solutions we have introduced and will introduce.

One of them is the ability to have Support Staff in themeforest comments without them having access to our full themeforest account, just the comments. It was a lot of programming but it is working for a few weeks now.

The next thing is the ability to search through item comments. We will be crawling the comments periodically and create a little search engine for it which you will then easily access from my comment signature.

One more thing, we have also developed a tool which you can use to send us wp-logins in private.

All these features are and will be available right here in the comments (links always in every signature). So you don’t have to register on some stupid forums – let’s face it, most of them suck and developing our own forums would take too much time. So we will just introduce these few vital components right here and you don’t have to register, hunt for license keys and what not

Last reason is that Envato could actually deliver proper item forums sometime this century so we don’t want to put all our effort into something that may once become obsolete, hope you understand.

Yes, the issue has been resolved. It was a PHP error (not a server error). I switched from PHP v5.2 to v5.3.

Hi! There is a link directly in the wordpress admin panel. It’s a submenu called “Help” under the main section “Theme Options”.

Hi! sorry to hear that. I investigated the situation and its because I used some PHP code in freshizer, which is supported only in PHP 5 .3. Anyway, there are 3 easy solutions:

1.) upgrade your server to PHP 5 .3, if you can ( if not, its not a big deal )

2.) follow this tutorial how to fix freshizer http://pastebin.com/c58XA84f

3.) download whole freshizer file from here and replace http://pastebin.com/Eptvm3YC

if you try this and it wont work, send me your wp login through our tool support.freshface.net/loghelp.php
