can you add a drop down list if you have multiple portfolios? i have three categories of portfolios with multiple sub portfolios in each

@Lorraine33, The portfolio has been kept as a separate page from the rest of the content for just this kind of reason. Since it has its own page you can use whatever form of navigation you want for multiple portfolios and just copy the page as many times as you need. Hope that answers your question, anything else just ask.

Hola! I want to buy your work but I do have few questions regarding to this site. 1- Can you resize the size of the photo display to fit some regular photo format? The way is now is for a panoramic pictures 2- Can I add one more button to the existing main menu? and how difficult is to do that?

@chamba The photo is a regular landscape photo, just the semi transparent text area at the top and bottom is covering some of it. The blocks of text automatically hover over the photo without the need to resize it. Instructions are included on how to modify the navigation and add more pages it’s quite straightforward. The short answer is yes, so here’s how. Look in the file ‘assets/javascript/electricity.js’ and find the line:

speed: 400

Change this line to the following instead:

speed: 400,
auto: 1000

Don’t forget the comma after the speed, but don’t put a comma after the auto. This should automatically scroll the slider at intervals of 1 second (note the parameters are all defined as milliseconds).

I’m glad the auto scroll worked then. Unfortunately I’m not sure how to add a pause button to this jQuery plugin, if anyone has read the documentation more than I have and wants to submit a solution, feel free. Sorry I can’t help with the last part, good luck with the site.

Hello, I bought this template a few weeks ago and have customized it a bit since. I am having a problem with the header navigation not showing all of the buttons on top. You can see what I mean if you use Internet explorer 6, 7 or 8 and go to my site www.evanlentz.com – next to ‘me’ there should also be ‘motion’ and ‘print’ and ‘blog’ Any idea on how to fix this??? hola ! I bought this great template and created my site, in firefox it works great but in explorer 7, the gallery does not work properly. The navigation features disappear and all the pictures appear on one page at the same time, instead of scrolling. I checked the original files without any alteration, and see they have the same problems. All other pages work fine. Can you help me to fix this problem? my site is www.chambaacosta.com Gracias.

@chamba, thanks for your purchase of this template. If you check my live preview of this template you’ll see it works without error in IE7 . On checking the source on your site you have some incomplete elements in your carousel, look at photo1b. Check the syntax of your alt attribute on the image which may be causing you problems in IE.
