I know this isn’t necessarily the best venue for this question, but I’ve tried to contact you through Twitter and through the MOJO Marketplace where I bought my theme.

I’m using Reversi at http://isystemsweb.com. We have a funky issue on with the blog that I describe in this video, http://isystemsweb.com/files/isystems_blog.mp4.

Would you mind taking a look and lending your expertise on this? I have a very eager client who would love to get this fixed.

Strange, you can install the plugin using the zip files which is in the includes / plugins folder


ok, I just had to delete the revslider folder under wp-content/plugins and reinstall it. Hopefully that helps someone else.. Thanks!

Hi thanks for buying Elevetis, you just need to reinstall the theme using the file download from themeforest.

Your setting won’t be lost but if you did any modifications to the .css or other file you should take a backup before updating.

I have been using your ELEVETIS theme for my site for a long time now. As your theme includes the “Slider Revolution Premium Plugin” version 2.3.1.

However, I just received the following message from my web hosting company in regards to the Slider Revolution Premium Plugin>

“Slider Revolution Premium Plugin has released a new verison 4.6.5 for their plugin. A recent hack has been found in older versions of this plugin that allows an attacker to download any file from your hosting account, such as the configuration file containing the database passwords. Once the attacker has this information the attacker can comprise your website via the database.

Is there any solution with not displaying featured images? Since some weeks I have the same problem! The older posts in my blog show the images, but the new ones don’t!
