Also…Im curious to know what portion is using flash? I’ve right clicked in a few areas — to find the flash context menu.

Oh Yea…the flash?
Yes, but it’s also got HTML5 fallback for mobile. Jquery and javascript just aren’t as smooth as flash for fullscreen slides.

Will purchase now, regardless of problems with IE8 , hoping that will be solved in an update soon.
Also, I’d do anything for a WP version. I see many different possibilities for this one, but as that would require more dynamic use, content management would be better.

Hi Marc, great layout ! I just bought it. It works great on Safari and Firefox, but when i open the site on PC with Explorer 8, an error message is occurred. Let us know when the problem would be solved, thank you ! Sorry for bad English, I speak French
Check out the themeforest preview on ie8. I think it’s fixed and that update is in the queue, but it’s a super easy fix, I can tell you the code.
I just tested it on the PC and three errors code still there ( less than this morning ). I update a printscreen, maybe it could help you. However, i can edit the code too, that’s not a problem. There is the url for the printscreen : http://www.agencezel.com/emigre_printscreen.png

Looks like to fix it I needed the latest version of jQuery 1.7.

Very disappointed.. I didn’t realize it was using flash :-(((
It does use flash. I chose to go with it for the gallery slider because every javascript solution I tried failed in performance compared to flash (javascript just doesn’t do fullscreen image transition very well). And i love youtube, but I hate their player so I wrote my own.
But I also wrote this file to gracefully fallback so if you view the site on mobile you’re not missing a thing. All the images are there and youtube falls back to the default mobile player.

Question: I changed the button background colors, but somehow somewhere there’s another def somewhere, resulting in returning to the default color after hovering. Using :visited doesn’t work, so I wonder where to set that?

This template looks fantastic. I just bought FULLA and Folio 1. Fulla wasn’t as easy to customize as I thought, but Folio 1 looks great.
Honestly, I’m thinking about shelling out an additional $14 and buying this one too. Are all of the images easy to switch without flash knowledge?

It could probably be done, but it would require some custom HTMLing.

I have the latest version of google chrome, and when I preview it after downloading the entire screen is blank except for the menu and the logo. This is once I have unpacked the file and am editing it locally. It comes up fine in Firefox, but not Google Chrome (latest version) Any ideas?
Sorry there’s a problem with viewing the file locally in chrome. Because it uses AJAX chrome blocks it or won’t allow it to display. You’d have to set up a localhost server to view it in chrome on your hard drive. ONce it’s uploaded to the web it works fine in chrome.
